I have tried to contact this supplier…

I have tried to contact this supplier multiple times and in various ways with no response. Not sure if they are still trading. If they are customer service and response times appalling.

I can confirm I used the contact form on the below website and telephoned the 0800 ___ 1647 telephone number on the website. ___ the mobility network.co.uk / contact-us. With no spaces, trustpilot would not allow me to add the wedsite.

Lanzarote wheel chair hire

I recently hired a wheelchair on holiday. Service was first class. It arrived bang on time and was collected just as reliably. Staff were friendly and helpful throighout

Scooter

Hired a mobility scooter from Lanzarote. Excellent service, delivered on time and easy to deal with. No issues at all. Already booked again for my next holiday!

Ordered a Rollator then after a few days I asked for an exchange for a wheelchair and it was dropped off a day later
