You are surely here for the extremely low prices. Here I explain why:
1. The support is terrible, they take at least a day to respond, and the responses are annoying. Ex: I asked why the vanilla server was showing 100% memory usage in multicraft. The answer was "The Ram and CPU usage in the control panel has a bug and it shows more than normal."
2. The ping is sometimes very good and sometimes very bad. I don't think it's a valid thing, we all want a decent and constant ping.
3. You will not receive a refund, it is clear that if you try to receive it by asking for support in the first 24 hours they will take much longer to respond. Instead of starting this process they will answer "no no no, first tell us why?", And the next time "oh, time is up for that"
4. The whole process of adjusting your server, putting the version you want, the map, gamemode, etc., you will have to do it through filezilla or similar. Someone new or without the time for this will immediately say that it is scam.
5. If you decide to pay monthly from PayPal, you can only cancel with a ticket (it can take a long time = they can ignore you and keep charging). There is no option to unsubscribe from the account.

I do not doubt that many will like a server with poor performance (only 2 players, ping spikes, a simple map, no redstone, few chunks) at 1 dollar. But there really is no comparison with other services.

I highly recommend TheMinecraftHosting for anyone looking for some great hosting at great prices.
