I've used a variety of hosting services before but none nearly as bad as this. Although the prices are low, the support response times are appalling. I used the service almost a year ago and luckily didn't have to be in too much contact with the company, but the server performance was terrible. Had a 6GB survival Minecraft server that couldn't keep up with strip mining.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of using the service again recently. After purchasing the server space, I had to wait over a week to gain access to the control panel and actually begin using the service. By this time I had given up reaching out to their support as I wasn't getting any response and had moved on to another hosting service. They refuse to refund even though I asked within the first 24 hours (per their policies) for a refund.
I'd steer clear of this service as there are much better ones out there for nearly the same price that give instant access, have faster and better support, and run the game smoothly on fewer GB.

First support ticket got deleted, so I guess I inconvenienced them by bringing up my concerns, second took days to receive a response that had nothing to do with what I was asking.

I once ran a network of 6+ servers on a service that went bankrupt and lost me nearly $300. I would recommend them over this service any day.

They're basically a scam with terrible support and hardware. Prices are low but one dollar a month more for way better everything is worth it. I'd recommend a bankrupt service that lost me $300 over them.

I have been using this company for I think almost 2 years now and I am very satisfied me and my friend are going half and half on their highest plan and we run all sorts of big mod packs with 8 people on at once no lag or delay

After an honest mistake on my part and persistent, very quick responses on their part, my small issue got resolved quickly. These guys have a great service and the support is remarkable. For the price, service, and overall experience you receive with them, I could easily say I couldn't have chosen a better server provider.

their twits. they dont provide the services they offer. the ammount of ram you buy is not as much as they actually give you. i bought a 16 ram rig with "imporved processor" and it uses 30 percent of the ram with one person on and 100 with 3. at 4 the server crashes. when i first got it it couldnt even load the map. 16 gigs of ram should be able to support 200-500 players...(with how the server was running i suspect it was only about 3-4 gigs of ram) (you can fix this problem by having everyone stay on the laggy af server for a day and they will up your ram)
support staff is okay but the service with the "ticket support-open a ticket and get support as soon as possible" add on is completly the same as without it.
it also is misinforming with how they charge you. they tell you it is 60 percent off and even show you how much you would be paying monthly but it is actually just 60 percent off the server plan. it told me i was only gonna have to pay 8 pound but ended up charging me 11 pound a month.
i think their just stupid. instead of a server having its own ram and processing they just set how much ram and proccessing they get relative to how much it needs. which is horrible if you are just setting up your server and your average need is like 2 gigs.

Opened two support tickets. One was about an issue I was having, the second was about the first not being answered. Both deleted with no response.

Claim to have live chat support and it doesn't exist.

server didnt work tried to open a support ticket to get help and instead of helping the next day they closed my ticket without saying a word and the only way to cancel my subscription to the site was through paypal i couldnt cancel the server on there own website if you asked me id tell you there a scam

DON'T DO IT! The server never worked not even on day one, I wasted twenty dollars to start it and sent ticket after ticket to their support staff who just ignored me, they even went so far as to delete my messages so they wouldn't have to deal with it, I know it sounds like I'm being dramatic but I swear to God it's true. Their nothing but a scam!

Horrible service, the server has less ram than what they sell you, support doesnt answer at all, almost 1 week to be answered "your server is ok" after asking them because of multiple server crashes.

This minecraft server hosting has been the best experience for me. I have 4 servers for me network and the servers run very smooth without any lag. The performance and TPs are just great and support is always fast and always help me with the problems that I have.

Almost 3 years and I have to say that they saved my server because they have awesome prices and I can pay month by month with the subscriptions of my players!!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for some time now and they do not give you the option anywhere. The server stops very often and runs very slowly and lags a lot even when there are only 1 or 2 people online. Would not recommend.

I have a 32gb and 8gb servers and I am very happy with this company.

They DO NOT help or respond to emails, Ordered a Plugin service, never got a response, wasted $10, the servers are great, the Support is terrible
