I booked an appointment for a luxury pedicure and wrote clearly in the form that I would only be able to have the service provided by a female. When I turned up at the salon I had to wait more than 15 minutes and when it was time for my pedicure I was told there were no female staff who could give a pedicure-this was on a Saturday morning and I couldn't get another booking anywhere else for that day. I'm incredibly disappointed !!
