Update: I mistakenly read it as Jan 14 2026 it is infact 14 Feb 2026.
Their customer service replied to me promptly.
I updated the rating to 5.
But in their Chat, on that day, no one replied to me even after 14 minutes wait.

I bought australia saturday lotto superdraw tickets using USD 6.36 on 13th January 2026 for the 14th Jan 2026 draw.
Confirmation number - 45833674476759
Even now, on 18th January, all 4 tickets are shown as Awaiting Results.
Customer Care did not respond even after I waited for 14 minutes.
They simply are fraud. Do not EVER buy tickets. Your money is gone.

Update on my previous post, The Lotter has practically made it impossible for me to withdraw my balance.
Please beware before depositing and using their services.
Deposits are done swift with no hiccups but trying to withdraw is a whole other problem.
They make it difficult and very frustrating.
