Could not withdraw or get verified but my issue has been resolved
I went to play on their website but was directed to their affiliate lotto- express by thelotter support agent because of my location. Have played a number of times and haven’t had any problems but recently learned that if I win and want to withdraw I wouldn’t be able to because I have no eligible deposit method for withdrawals.
I have been trying to reach support to find out the solution and if they do bank transfers but the site currently has no support. Live support was removed and emails are not being responded to.The other issue is I have uploaded verification documents twice and I’m still pending verification for months now and there is no support to help.
There is currently no reason to continue playing with them because if I win I don’t know if I will be able to get the funds because I can’t reach support which is a bummer.

They reached out and quickly attended to my issue and it was resolved quickly. I’m satisfied with their service and will continue using them
