This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from The Loaded Tea Shop. I love all the flavors ordered, fast processing and delivery. The employees are so helpful and accommodating. I made a mistake on the shipping address, had only to send an email and it was corrected prior to shipping. A courtesy email was also sent to let me know they had corrected my error. Great product& company.

The customer service is over the top. I contacted them on the 4th of July, also a Saturday, not expecting a response until Monday, but they responded immediately and had me fixed up in just a couple of hours! I usually don't get that kind of service from a business on a normal Tuesday!

I had a very pleasant experience with customer service. Very fast reply and cares to help the customer choose the right flavor packet according to the flavor(s) customer likes. Will do business again and I do recommend this product. Please note: 1 packet made a bit more than a 2 liter bottle which was great!

The Loaded Tea Shop drinks taste so delicious, and are very refreshing! I needed a pic make-up from forcing down plain water everyday. What is so amazing is that Loaded Tea has 40 flavors and I found myself loving most all of them, not to mention the healthy benefits of added vitamins, and of course hydration! Such a great option for those of us that need a better way to get our vitamins, more energy, and keep hydrated!

I really love these. I have chronic health issues & these make it easier to intake fluids, the flavors are great. One packet for me anyway makes one pitcher as I don't like to much sweetness. They are also great to mix with other natural herb teas like hibiscus or mint. Customer service is on point if you have problems they handle them quickly and professionally. This is my 3rd order so definitely worthwhile.

Two part review: they get a 5+ star on both counts. 1) taste, ingredients, and effect are 5+ star. Great flavor with no weird aftertaste, and the energy is on point. It's not an up and down kind of energy- it's a solid sustained energy all day. (I start drinking about 9-10am, no need for coffee anymore). I als FEEL GREAT! This is an effect I didn't realize or expect. My mood and vibe is lifted, my brain fog is gone, and I generally just feel good. I ran out for a few days, went back to my old AlXxxNu habit, and it tasted toxic to me. Like I could immediately feel and taste the difference. I'm not going back! Point 2) Customer Service is 5+ stars! They are quick and responsive, I had an issue in transit and the package was delayed (not their fault) but sadly, a few packs were subjected to extra heat and humidity for some reason, and they were hard as rocks. Loaded Tea responded very quickly and sent out replacements. Asked (if it wasn't too much trouble, and if it was don't worry about it) whether I could send a picture of the lot numbers for their quality control. They want to make sure there wasn't something going on in the lots. But it was t required for me to send that for them to replace the bad packs- they just did it. They were super nice about it too! Incredible service. I'm 100% sold on this product and brand. For reference, I'm on my 4th order and about 2 months in now.

Great product and excellent customer service! These drink mixes are delicious and I appreciate that they don't contain stevia, unlike most low-calorie drinks these days. I've had to contact their customer service a couple of times when I forgot to input a coupon code, and they responded quickly and resolved my issues right away. Highly recommend!

From the amazing customer service, to the absolutely delicious loaded tea flavors, and how great they make me feel, I can say with 100% faith that this is a company worth supporting. I have ordered 6 times now and will continue too. I highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

I love this tea, it gives me energy, and makes it easier for me to drink more water. Also has stopped my sin from drinking the bad energy drinks, and he loves them as well l.

I’ve placed about 3 orders already and will definitely be a life long customer! Every flavor I’ve tasted so far has been delicious and every one becomes my new favorite! I buy the caffeine free for the grandkids and they love it and I feel good letting them have it!

I had used the wrong address for my shipment. Customer service updated my address & sent out a new shipment to the correct address… no further questions asked. Now that’s customer service!! I’m very happy with them and I promise to spread the word about their products. Thank you!!

The first time I ordered I ordered the 20 mystery flavors and it was pretty fun being able to check off the flavors I liked. Only 2 were a no go for me. By the time it was time to order again I picked the favors I wanted and to my disappointment when the order came it only had 10 of my 21 packets I ordered! I messaged them and they apologized and made it right immediately! I was very happy with their customer service and impressed by their prompt solution!

Love the flavors and the clean energy! No crash like with energy drinks plus no carbonation! I hooked! I can turn one pack into a half gallon drink for me! Not a fan of the berry flavors but that's just me!

Customer service has been great from day 1. The Loaded Tea Shop is making a difference. I suffer from daily migraines. Since I’ve been drinking this delicious tea, I’m better hydrated, getting the caffeine I need and that little something extra that has brought me more migraine-free days!!!

The loaded tea shop has changed our lives. My daughter was born allergic to dyes to the point of seizures! She's never had koolaid or rocket pop ice pops. The loaded tea shop created a drink that is good for her and dye free!! She loves it when I buy a gallon of water and add two packets to share with friends! Im ever so grateful a company came along striving for no dyes and quality products!! Thank you Loaded tea! From our whole family!
