I absolutely love these teas. I was spending $10 on these at these physical stores saw this advertisement on Instagram and decided to try them and was hooked. It included ingredients that you have to pay extra for, which is definitely a plus for me.

I also love that you donate to the Vitamin Angels (children's vitamins.) Thank you for making these and contributing to children. I will definitely be purchasing much more of these. I love supporting small businesses.

My original order was shorted by 2 flavor packets. I reached out to TLTS via email and they responded to me same day, after normal business hours. After some clarification, TLTS made it right. They were apologetic and shipped me replacement packets, on a Saturday, which also happened to be a holiday! And Expedited! I've shopped a lot online and this is by far the best customer service I've ever received. Great work and thank you TLTS!!

I open one of many of my favorite packages in the morning and sip on it all day; it's so refreshing. I am completely off coffee and caffeine and I feel better at 59 than I ever did in my 40's.

I am loving the teas! Was surprised that my favorite flavor is the cinna burst! My husband enjoys them as well! He likes the cherry pop. I didn’t realize you were in Gulfport! My daughter and law and I spent a few days there last week and had a great time! I like that the teas don’t make me shaky and increase energy!

So tasty!!!! I haven't had one I didn't like. They give you just the right amount of energy, without the jitters. I drink one everyday! Placing another order today!!

I have only been using The Loaded Tea Shop product for less than a week, but I have already noticed that I have more energy throughout the day. The variety of flavors is absolutely amazing - no more drinking the same flavored water day after day. These are great!

This loaded tea is so good. I got my order in the mail. I tried one right away, loved it. The next day I tried a different flavor, Loved it just as much. So got on my computer and put in another order. If you have not tried these yet, you need to. You will love them.

Although I have not tried the loaded tea as of yet and I can't wait too had to give 5 stars for their customer service!!! My ordered showed delivered but I was home when my postman put my mail in and he did not put my order of Loaded Tea in my box. I reached out to the loaded tea company to ask if the package would fit in my box so that I could tell the postmaster when I file a complaint. The Loaded Tea company immediately said they would send me my order to me again free of charge!! What a company!!!! I was so taken by their generosity! If the tea is 1/2 as great as their customer service that will be 5 stars again from me!!!

New company, new at buying the loaded teas. I highly recommend then I can get 3-6 uses out of one pack depending on how sweet you want it. It's a great company with a really great product.

So I was a bit hesitant at first because I didn’t think the teas would be that good let alone give me clean energy….fast forward, I’m on my second order now. I am impressed that the flavors are strong (one packet can get me 3 drinks) and it’s like a sneaky energy lol, I’ll get so much done and feel great and never feel “a crash”, and it’s when I drink these teas!
Right now fruit roll up has been my favorite but this round I’ll be ordering at least 10 different flavors and hope to find more favorites!

I had questions about why my bank account reflected an issue with payment and contacted customer service right away. They were on top of it and get back to me within hours. The communication was quick and extremely professional. And of course the teas taste Amazing! One packet can last me 3 64oz water bottles! Love that! I don’t like a very strong tea so it works great for me and gets me to drink more water!

I've truely enjoyed almost every flavor I've tried (which is the majority of them)! I was skeptical since I've tried several other water enhancers, but these flavors are great and I really do notice that my mid-afternoon crash is gone while I work behind a computer all day. I also love how flavorful they are while still only having to use half a packet or less which has kept me coming back for the price. Keep it up and keep bringing out new flavors! Can't wait to try the rocket pop I just ordered. PS- I love the berry ones so keep those coming!

Great customer service & amazing response time!!! I had a small issue with one product & reached out through email. In less than a day (which was also a holiday & a weekend) I got a response. And things were taken care of!! Not to mention, the product is pretty amazing itself!!

My first order experience it’s to say has been over the moon . The fact that everytime I order vitamins go to children that need them I’m sold again and again on this product . You should put that on the main page on Facebook that each sale sponsor a child for vitamins . Unless I looked over it cause I was excited to find a healthy product with great flavors and no caffeine option . I order yesterday I can not wait for my package to show up I’m so excited and have already plotted my next order of your bundle package for 60$ . I’m so super happy that I ran across yall . From a lifetime customer yall are doing great things

This is absolutely the best product out there to replace your regular caffeinated tea with. The many different flavors are the best. I have been drinking this tea exclusively now for 2 weeks and just made my first reorder and will be making more as I run out. Hard to say which flavor is my favorite but for now Frog Spit is high on the list. Thanks guys for an awesome product, finally someone who’s doing it right!

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from The Loaded Tea Shop. I love all the flavors ordered, fast processing and delivery. The employees are so helpful and accommodating. I made a mistake on the shipping address, had only to send an email and it was corrected prior to shipping. A courtesy email was also sent to let me know they had corrected my error. Great product& company.

The customer service is over the top. I contacted them on the 4th of July, also a Saturday, not expecting a response until Monday, but they responded immediately and had me fixed up in just a couple of hours! I usually don't get that kind of service from a business on a normal Tuesday!

I had a very pleasant experience with customer service. Very fast reply and cares to help the customer choose the right flavor packet according to the flavor(s) customer likes. Will do business again and I do recommend this product. Please note: 1 packet made a bit more than a 2 liter bottle which was great!

The Loaded Tea Shop drinks taste so delicious, and are very refreshing! I needed a pic make-up from forcing down plain water everyday. What is so amazing is that Loaded Tea has 40 flavors and I found myself loving most all of them, not to mention the healthy benefits of added vitamins, and of course hydration! Such a great option for those of us that need a better way to get our vitamins, more energy, and keep hydrated!
