Don’t use this company

I have used this company a few times before with no problems but this time was something else.I made my order for cupcakes for my daughters 18th they took payment and they were due to deliver on the 30th sep by 1pm.Got to the day and 1pm came and went I tried calling(loads of times) but went straight to voicemail so had to email when I checked my emails a while later there was an email at 3.06pm saying they had cancelled my order due to an emergency which to be honest I don’t believe needless to say I won’t be using this company again.
Very disappointed.
