Originally placed an order that never arrived, was given multiple excuses as to why. Was refused a refund and given a credit voucher instead. Went to use the credit and was told the card payment on the website wasnt working and to contact the company. I contacted Emma multiple times with no response and have since now seen her website has been completely removed. So hard earned money (quite a large amount) has been stolen from me. Not impressed.

I ordered on 29th September and I have contacted them multiple times since about my order and I have been blanked.
Almost a month and still waiting.

Shocking service

Would not recommend this business. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for my order to be dispatched. Communication is almost none existent and when i did eventually receive a response to my many emails all i got was excuses and told my order was almost done.

Avoid like the plague! Terrible buisness if that’s what you can call it l! Placed an order on the 4th and today is the 21st and still no delivery of items!
Contacted a number of times to be fobbed off with different excuses “it’s the school holidays had no childcare” “stuck in the a tent in the middle of nowhere so can’t get signal for tracking number- but could send me a message via Facebook? Hmmm yeh okay but no signal? 🤣 having done my research I noticed a few people having to chase orders and yet more excuses “I had a migraine” still not had my order- a refund or an apology 🤣 trading standards will be involved though as they do not deserve to trade! Playing with peoples livelihoods - avoid EMMA SLOAN and her not so good company if I could put zero stars I would!
