Best laundry

Not the best service for the price I…
Not the best service for the price I chose premium detergent and softener but doesn’t smell like it and clothes still had lots of stains after explaining I have a baby! Also tried put collection back a day otherwise a friendly service just a shame the service doesn’t reflect the price with regards to the actual washing of ur items! I actually bought a new washing machine as opposed to waiting for it to be fixed and pay the same amount if not more for a very basic service

Chasing refunds
Order placed On Feb 15, sent email to cancel almost immediately. Confirmation of cancel, no refund. Chased refund multiple times. Finally refund confirmed Mon 8 March. Had I not have chased, I wouldn't have received this. Just shoddy really.
