I have procured my second laptop battery from this company, having previously purchased a first battery that lasted over four years despite my laptop being used daily for more than 12 hours. I hope that the second battery will demonstrate a similar longevity.

Prior to my purchase from this company, I acquired a battery from an alternative vendor, which unfortunately lasted only nine months.

Although the package recieved was fine however, a mistake on my behalf not realising my laptop was broke not the charger i processed the return of the product a few days later. However, at the moment they are refusing to give me a refund despite litteral proof of return and a picture of somone recieving the package. Asking for order ID's they dont send out in guest checkout and RMA numbers however, they dont need them to find my actual return. I provided proof of return and my bank statement, and my name and address within the package. Just give me my money back man.

First Time Buyers for an Acer Aspire 5 Laptop Power Charger. Only bought the Laptop last year and already experienced problems with the Power Charger cable wires which wasn't charging up the Laptop. So found the Laptop Power Supply company and took a chance. Very easy to find what I was looking for very reasonably priced and express delivery was great. I've purchased from The Laptop Power Supply Shop twice - once for a replacement battery and then for a replacement charger. Both times I've had a really good experience with their products. They are well made, fairly priced, and delivery and dispatch was speedy. My only criticism would be - I had an enquiry about my order/replacement charger, sent them an email and their customer service wasn't so friendly. It's worth mentioning that my most recent experience was a while ago, so they might have improved their customer service since then. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend them!

I bought a gaming laptop off if amazon and after 20 minutes it was burning hot to touch and I was paranoid about fire or explosion.

I read the reviews and product info from here and ordered a charger. Tempature is absolutely fine. Warm as expected when running a high end gaming laptop but functions perfect and has put my mind at ease. Will always use this place for computer parts
