This was the best leather jacket I have ever bought both in terms of fit and quality, really worth every penny. THIS IS the kind of leather jackets that will last a life time. I will most definitely have another soon.

The team immediately contacted me once they saw a small concerned measurement (sleeve , shoulders) their recommendations were better fit than what I entered my self.
Keep in mind this is a back and forth process check your email regularly during the first week of the order.

Based on my own experience, I brought a leather jacket from this website, I found a lot of good unique designs that fit my personality on this website only.
beautiful color, true leather, good stitching and perfect size and fit too. the jacket is really as shown on the website so you'll get what you see.
at first I made mistake by taking bigger size, it took some times but they kept their promises by replacing it with smaller one.

I ordered Fernando Quilted Green Suede Biker. I took time to get my order because I made confusion with my shipping address. But Max, design consultant helped me with that so finally I have my jacket and I am very satisfied. It's like it was tailored just for me

What a great company and an awesome suede jacket. I had a suede jacket custom made and when I received it, ikt just didn't fit right. I had made a mistake with one of the measurements I gave them. I contacted the company and they took it back and made the revisions necessary without any questions. I would recommend them any time

On arrival i found it to be a bit too small. so I contacted the Jacket Man
My wife took my measurements and I sent the Jacket and my measurements back
When I received my new jacket tailored to my measurements it was a perfect fit. the workmanship was second to none it was perfect

Excellent product, good quality, well-made and good fit which will soften and wear in wel.

Initial communication was excellent, eg on accurate sizing, to the point of giving an unsolicited partial refund to compensate for a slight production backlog.

Then things went quiet and I got nervous, but the product arrived in the nick of time, about six weeks after ordering.

So overall an excellent experience. Went to give an 4.5 but only option is a 4 for some delay and lack of communication at that point. But I would buy from this company again without hesitation.

Making to measure your dimensions that you input helps make the product more precise, which means a better fit. I, for one, appreciate their work and the detail of workmanship.

I’ve gotten a custom leather jacket as well as a leather duffel with my name on it. Love both items! Great quality!

I received two jackets and a leather duffle bag from The Jacket maker.
The men’s leather jacket is so incredibly nice, my husband receives compliments every time he wears it. Other guys have purchased the same jacket after seeing him wear it. The quality is 10/10. The hood is removable but makes the jacket look so trendy. I also received a suede jacket that is beautifully tailored, stunning material and quality. What you see online is actually not even as nice as it looks in person. Lastly, the duffle bag, that brings elegance and style when packing for an overnight trip. Quality on all pieces is 10/10. Would recommend.

Customer service was top notch! Buying jackets is so hard for me since my body is a small/medium but my arms are long long and large/xL. The team was responsive and the quality of the jacket was superb. Will be buying from them again and would recommend to friends and family. :)

I've gotten two jackets from these guys, and they are fantastic. Custom fit, with the details you want, with quality materials, good service and a great price. Literally, what's not to love. Not sure why everyone doesn't buy their jackets this way.
