Fabulous products, great selection of leather, tools, hardware etc. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. Have attended several events at the store and the weekend events at Matlock Town FC, can highly recommend The Identity Store! Easy website to navigate and free patterns available!
LOVE this shop! I have been buying from them for years. So much leather, tools and other items to look at and buy. I do buy online and I also go in to the store. I am always welcomed with a smile by the owners, who are very helpful and allow me to look through materials without trying to push sales/items on me (like some shops do) which is great because I can take my time and find exactly what I want.

ordered a pyrography kit price £38.50 plus postage
imagine my disappointment when i visited the manufacturers site and found the same item for £16.99
so i could have purchased 2 for the same price plus
change. so beware of the prices and search around
before you buy.

Worst company ever!!! Placed an order over a 10 days ago, paid £8 for delivery which was dispatched 2 days ago and still no sign of it, wasn't told when I placed the order that it would take this long! Pathetic service

The goods and tools ordered from the identity store were excellent quality, the delivery was super quick and I even received an acknowledgement email with a thank you note. It's rare that you receive customer service like that today. I telephoned the store before ordering and I found the person I spoke to very helpful, which allowed me to purchase exactly what I needed.
