Ticket refunds
45 days and still waiting for a promised refund. Policy does state up to 60 days BUT they will work hard for it to be processed quicker. Since receiving an email from the Hundred stating I am entitled to a partial refund due to rain spoiling play, I've not heard a single thing - no update, no projected date the refund will happen, no email to say they are still processing it. I do though, get daily emails about booking tickets for future cricket matches. There is no way to contact them apart from email - I have sent 3 in the last 5 weeks, none of them have been responded to. The chat bot on the hundred app is useless and cant/wont put me through to a human. I did call ECB directly, only to be told to email instead (and that it might take 5 days to respond). This is all on top of the actual day of the cricket match - even though the stadium was emptying, and the numerous delays and taking players off the pitch, the organizers couldnt/wouldnt make the decision to abandon the game until way past the original planned finish time. Now it seems the same people are in charge of refunds!?
Seriously, if it wasnt for the fact its a known brand, the refund debacle would be considered a fraud and scam by any other company. Ive emailed again today - not holding my breath for a reply though....
