Great shutters and lovely people. Delivery was very overdue but that was due to global shipping issues and we were kept informed well.

Really great experience! I am DELIGHTED with my 2 large bay window shutters! Very careful measuring process - over two visits - ensured my shutters fitted perfectly. I was kept informed of order progress every step of the way. Installers Harry and Will took a huge amount of trouble and care during the fitting process and they were extremely courteous and helpful throughout. Couldn’t be happier with my shutters and want to warmly recommend The Home Shutter Company to everyone! Thank you!

Excellent service from beginning to end, with the office and with the fitters were knowledgeable and skilled as well as being polite, very careful around the house, and very easy to deal with during measuring and fitting. I was kept up to date on our order via email and phone, once the shutters were manufactured effort was made to find a date to fit as quickly as possible, the guys arrived exactly when the said they would and they worked really hard. We're really pleased with the shutters, the qualty is excellent and they look great. We also opted for the blackout blinds in the bedroom which work really well. We were also pleased with the guarantee, and the price which was very competitive. Would highly recommend.

Just had our shutters installed. We are absolutely delighted with them. The service and communication has been brilliant and right from the first meeting through to install, the teams involved have kept us up to date, every step of the way.

The shutters do take a while to be manufactured and despatched (12-15wks), but they are certainly worth the wait and are far superior to any others we looked at that quote shorter delivery times.

The guys doing the install were fast, efficient as well as very respectful and tidy. But they were also aided by the product being precision made, requiring no adjustments and quality fittings.

If you're considering having shutters installed, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Staff are so professional, received lots of good advice when i ordered the shutters which made the process really simple.
My shutters were delivered and installed yesterday, great service, Ryan, Finn, Martin & Ryan were so professional, they were fitted in under 2 hours and helped with moving of furniture to allow access. They cleaned up the work areas and i cannot fault their work ethics. the service they provided was out standing.

Nearly left a 4* review because of an extended delay but a war affecting shipping was hardly their fault. However, once installed it could only be 5*. Fabulous product and such a great team from survey to fitting. We had shutters fitted to a 2.4M high apex window and it looks stunning. Unlikely to be our last order from this company. If in doubt ‘go for it’ you won’t regret it !

From the first call right through to the fitting I received first class service. I was informed of delay with the shipping but that was to be expected in the current climate. Danny on the day was friendly and positive, talked through things and had such a great manner about him .

Called me before the vist and took on board points about my daughter who has life limiting conditions that I told the office about.

The ladies Hollie and Hannah in the office were friendly , helpful and supportive.

There was a delay due to shipping but kept me updated, listen to my worries around people coming in the house if been unwell etc and that was told to the fitter Danny as stated above from his phone call.

This company showed me that customer service that I thought had gone was back from start to finish .

It has taken me almost 9 years to find shutters for my little Victorian Terrace. I was told shutters wouldn’t work on my windows or they were just too expensive.
The Home Shutter Company have been excellent - from the initial contact through to the fitting, they have been friendly, courteous and very professional. Due to the war in Iran, they did take longer to arrive than expected, but communication was brilliant. Jaques, who fitted the shutters was great. He was friendly and efficient and did a top job! I have already referred two friends to the company and it’s only the afternoon!

From taking the first measurements through to installation, the whole team have been professional, efficient and extremely helpful.

We were kept informed every step of the way and the Customer Service Team were always on hand and eager to help.

Our installation was carried out by Jacque who was very courteous, he worked so hard to provide us with an immaculate finish.

Compared to other quotes we received, the blinds were very competitively priced and the quality was superb.

Our new house has finally become a wonderful home thanks to the fantastic 'Home Shutter Company'.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

By the way, the beautiful feather duster was a lovely touch.

Everything about this company is amazing, and we are so happy with the shutters and the fitting!
The only issue we had was we were told the lead time would be 12 weeks but we ended up having to wait nearly 4 months for the shutters to arrive and then install.
The extended arrival time wasn’t necessary the company’s fault but it was still frustrating nonetheless.

Start to finish kept informed, Joseph & James installed the shutters, on time polite clean & tidy .
Would highly recommend
