We recently had shutters installed by Home Shutter Company, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. From the very first visit, the team were so friendly, helpful, and professional, making the whole process feel easy and stress free.
They took the time to talk through all the different options and helped us choose the perfect style for our home. The installation was carried out to such a high standard, and the attention to detail was excellent. You can really tell they care about doing a proper job.
The shutters look absolutely beautiful and have completely transformed the room. They’ve made the space feel so much brighter, more stylish, and finished. We’ve already had compliments from family and friends on how lovely they look.
The fit is perfect, and the installers left everything clean and tidy afterwards, which we really appreciated.

We were very pleased with the service we experienced with the Home Shutter Company. We ordered our shutters following an impressive demonstration & viewing, by the Company manager, Jason, at their showroom in Kings Langley. We opted for UPVC shutters, as our windows produce a lot of condensation. After our windows were measured up for shutters at our home survey, we received regular updates from the company with regards to our order. When our shutters arrived, they were installed by Harry & Ryan, who were very efficient and quick. The guys cleaned up thoroughly once they had finished and then gave us a full demonstration, advice and tips. We were also given a cleaning wand, for cleaning dust off of the shutter vanes. From start to finish, we were very happy with our shutters and the service and attention provided by Jason and his team and would not hesitate to recommend them for anybody considering having shutters installed at their home.

We are so happy with our experience using The Home Shutter Company. The customer service has been great - you’re updated along the whole journey of your measurement visits, them being made, to installation.
Every member we dealt with has been friendly and knowledgable so you’re comfortable with your choices and when/how everything will be complete. We are definitely coming back to get the downstairs made beautiful.

The lady who came to tell us about what they could offer was very informative and helpful. She was not pushing us to place an order, if she had been we wouldn't have ordered them.
Once our order was placed the wait for their arrival was a bit longer than expected but they kept us informed and we weren't in any hurry to have them fitted.
On the day they arrived, they were fitted very well with no mess.
We're very pleased with them.

I don't normally use Facebook as a way of sourcing goods or services. Things often appear too good to be true.

However the process of working with the home shutter company was easy. Within a couple of days of sending an expression of interest we had already booked in a date to discuss. The gentleman who came to measure the windows gave great information and advice regarding options but we never felt pressured.

The two installers were also outstanding they worked around the house with efficiency. They were outstanding as a team.

I would recommend this company to anybody and also considering getting the back side of the house with shutters too.

Our windows are certainly not square and posed a significant challenge to fitting the shutters. The fitting team came up with good solutions and the installation is great. The shutters are high quality and are exactly as described and ordered.

From the first phone call to the follow up email after fitting the service was exemplary. The product is better than I imagined and fitted by a very skilled team of three in a matter of hours. No mess or hassle everything was clean and hoovered before they left.
We live in a very old converted barn without a straight edge to see so these guys really had their work cut out for them!
The shutters have completely transformed our living room and we will be soon ordering more for other rooms. I know this sounds too good to be true but I can genuinely say we are so thrilled with the price, the product and the exceptional and personal customer service.

From the initial contact through to the measuring and final fitting, this company has been professional throughout. Communication was excellent, with prompt replies at every stage. On the day of fitting, they sent a text in the morning with an estimated arrival time, and Danny also called ahead to confirm exactly when he would arrive, which was really appreciated.
Danny was friendly, polite, and took the time to ask about my preference for the edging, making sure everything was just how I wanted it. He worked efficiently, left everything clean and tidy, and the shutters have been fitted perfectly.
I’m really pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend this company.

Friendly efficient service from start to finish from quote to installation. Looks great and at fraction of cost of other quotes received for shutters. So mych so we decuded to go forc shutters for our patio doors in addition to front room window. Really happy!
