Upon unpacking my premium 40m rotary washing line, I found that one of the arms had snapped off during shipment. I emailed Better Home Products to inform them of the breakage, to which they replied with a request for some pictures of the damage. I sent them the pictures and received a reply informing me that a replacement would be sent - either that day, or first thing the following day. I received the new product in less than 24 hours. Outstanding!

What a great site. Ordered my new rotary washing line which arrived the next day. I thought it might be here next week but what a surprise it arrived today. The airer comes with a cover, the spike for the ground, is an ideal size for me (3 arms) as I live alone. Easy to use website. Great prices. Quick delivery & also FREE DELIVERY. rotary airer cover required as a replacement for one we have had for a number of years which had deteriorated due to sun, wind and rain.. I ordered this new one on a Sunday and it was delivered by post on the Wednesday. Good product and good service

We ordered a new washing whirligig to replace our old one which had become rather battered. It arrived promptly and we are pleased with the item.

Arrived quickly. Easy to fit to the old base. Wife happy.

I ordered a rotary line for my mum on the Saturday and received the item the following Friday. We were quite shocked when our delivery arrived, the rotary line in torn plastic and sticking out the top of a large box, inside the line had been bound round and round with courier parcel tape. When we removed the tape, 3 arms out the 4 were completely broken and several loose pieces in the box. Very unhappy I got in touch with customer services, who were horrified by the photo evidence I gave them. They assured me all their products came well packaged and secure and could see for themselves that it had been badly damaged in transit. They asked if we would be able to dispose of the item and asked if we wanted a replacement rotary line or a full refund. We asked for a replacement as my mum wanted a good quality rotary line. A replacement was sent out the next working day and received 2 days later, well packaged and very secure. Customer service went out of their way to help and assist us with our issue and we are really happy with our purchase. Although it hasn't been put up yet and put to use as we are having work done in the garden. This rotary line looks top quality and very solid. We will review the product in its entirity after our first use. I would highly recommend the The Home Laundry Company.

this product looks lovely up, it's nice that it's got a zip all way up but I would have thought it would have a toggle to keep it tight too.
