I was recommended this broker, I phoned on thursday 12th dec and asked to speak to Charlie Pask, was told he would call me back, nothing, I then emailed ref Charlie Pask to call me beck - nothing, I then called and asked to speak to Keiran, put straight through, lovely guy promised to get a quote back to me that day - it is now the 16th heard nothing - obviously have too much work, I went with CIA insurance in the end, excellent quote and lovely staff.

Wish I had checked out the reviews and noted the appalling 80% 1 stars before making contact with this outfit. A quote for short term home insurance was promised by email on Tuesday 27th but has not been received. Thanks for wasting my time, Tom. Howdens have done what you could not, seamlessly.

The Home Insurer deliberately mis-sold a policy to me. Despite stating clearly what I wanted, and being assured that they were offering the correct policy, it turns out it was not at all what I had asked for and was useless. When I tried to discuss it on the phone they just insisted I was wrong and hung up, refusing to discuss it . I think the dishonesty and the ride dismissive attitude is appalling.
