I have used The Hearing Clinic in Harrogate on previous occasions and I cannot praise the company too highly . Both Joanne and Tony Metcalfe have carried out my wax removal process in a very professional and respectful manner .I have always been put at my ease with every step clearly explained . I have happily recommended The Hearing Clinic to other friends and they have been most happy with their visit .

Visited Harrogate office 18th June for ear wax removal. Joanne was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I've had ear wax removal before so knew what to expect but it was good to know I could rely on Joanne to make me feel welcome and do an excellent job. I fully recommend the service and will be back again.

I attended the Glasgow clinic yesterday for the promotion . The ear wax removal process was explained in detail by Sakina. The advice for follow up was also very helpful . I would definitely recommend this clinic. Staff are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. I hope to return next year .

Went on line and got an appointment the same day, for a free over 60s wax removal session. Arrived at clinic, which is in a lovely setting in a huge old house by the Stray in Harrogate, was greeted by Joanne, who was professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Had my right ear cleared of wax, followed by a hearing test, with images and graphs explained as she went along and aftercare advised. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend the company.

My wax removal was much needed especially in my right ear, and it went as well as I could possibly have expected it to. Joanne is so good at her job and is a very nice friendly lady.

My husband and I booked an appointment with the Hearing Clinic UK at their Harrogate Branch , for a check/ removal if required of ear wax, plus a hearing check.
We had an excellent experience with a gentleman I think called Tony and he removed wax from my right ear.
He explained things extremely well and was very courteous and easy to understand.
The Hearing tests were very straightforward to do and afterwards he explained what these meant for both of us.
We set up repeat tests in 2 years time.
I can recommend the Harrogate Branch and also the ease of arranging the booking at their call centre.

Seen this company advertised on Facebook for free Ear Wax removal for over 60s. Being sceptical I emailed asking if this was true. Got a phone call within half a hour asking if i would like to make a appointment. Which I did. Cant fault the staff in Shrewsbury they were brilliant no hard sale just genuine friendly staff wanting to help.

I found The Hearing Clinic to be professional from the initial contact with the call centre to the appointment with Jo. Very pleased with the organisation

Was at the Glasgow clinic yesterday. Had been before so no hidden surprises. Monica did a great job and I will be back in 18 months time for a further clean! Highly recommended!

What a great place. My dad is blind, very hard of hearing and has dementia. Tony was so patient and kind from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. He explained everything to dad as he went along and did an amazing job. I highly recommend The Hearing Clinic.

I was a bit frightened when I arrived on Monday morning.

The receptionist at the clinic was very helpful telling me exactly what was going to happen.
Monica the therapist who done my treatment is out of this world.
She took the time to go through everything with me she is so gentle and kind.
Over all I had a great experience would definitely recommend this clinic.

I went for my annual check up.Tony always puts you at ease and is very professional. He explains everything to you and his knowledge seems to have no bounds.

Had my usual routine appointment with Tony. Due to other medical problems This was a little later than usual. Hearing aids needed new batteries and I needed wax removal. Tony was his usual friendly and efficient self and he also assisted with pairing aids to my phone. Many thanks

I was visited by Dallin. He was on time, very fair, professional and clearly explained the problem in my ears. Highly recommended.

New website is a bid improvement on the previous version. It was much easier to book the service that I required on the date that I wanted. The service from the consultant was excellent, greeted with a smile and on time.

Jo was brilliant from start to finish every thing was explained before any treatment was carried out.
Should have gone sooner as every thing is a lot better.
