High Cost for Free Information

I started with the $1/28 day trail of thegrocerygame.com services. The site provides sale lists for your chosen grocery stores weekly, with coupon matchups. The cost is considerable at $10 for 1 list, plus $5 for each additional list. Most of the information can be found for free on other sites, though they claim to list sales that are unadvertised, I found those listings to be minimal. I continued with my subscription thinking I would be allowed to cancel at any time, as my confirmation email states. I tried to cancel about a week later after being charged $35 for an additional 8 weeks of membership and finding that the lists weren't providing me adequate savings I found that "cancel at anytime" is not true at all. Though they stated clearly that I could cancel at any time, they will only schedule your cancelation for the end of the next billing cycle, in my case another 7 weeks away. They have a strict no refund policy regardless of customer satisfaction. They do not post these policies any where on their website, nor is there any contact information on the site. I would not recommend this site to anyone. There are many free sites, such as mygrocerydeals.com that will list similar information for free, minus coupon matchups and unadvertised items. My grocerydeals.com even allows you to compare prices between stores easily. This is functionality that thegrocerygame.com does not provide. The HIGH COST and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE make this site the worst on the net for consumers.
