The delivery was well packaged, and the item a good price, it was just a little slower than I would have liked! I guess that the Game Collection get a lot of orders, but I would prefer a faster turnaround! Other than that, it was all good.

Great reliable company
I’ve made a few orders with The Game Collection Collectables now, 2 pre orders and 1 in stock order. I’ve spoken with customer service in relation to the preorders (no issue, just wanted to confirm some shipping timescales as I was due to travel) and they’ve been nothing short of perfect. Well packaged, great customer service and good prices. Would easily order from them again & would recommend others.

Having reviewed the order, I can see you contacted our Customer Service team to report that the parcel had not been received. As the tracking confirms the parcel as delivered, we have already escalated the matter to Royal Mail and an investigation is currently underway, as explained in our email correspondence.
Your review states that you are "not being offered a replacement or refund". This is not the case. As advised, we are awaiting the outcome of Royal Mail's investigation before determining the appropriate resolution. We cannot issue a replacement or refund while the courier's investigation remains ongoing.
We appreciate that this is frustrating and remain committed to resolving the matter as soon as Royal Mail have concluded their investigation.

DON’T buy from this company
DON’T buy from this company. A few months ago my son spent a lot of money on a controller and a game. He then changed his mind and returned the controller unused and in its original packaging all sealed up. The company claimed it was used and actually stated it was damaged. This was not possible as we hadn’t opened it!! They refused a refund and we had to claim the money back via our bank. Luckily they refunded us as we hadn’t done nothing wrong! Ultimately if you have any issues whatsoever or if you ask for a refund this company will do everything they can not to pay you back (including lying!). Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I would avoid and buy from a reputable company.

The game collection always delivers (literally). Preordered Starfox for day of release. Ended up getting it £7 cheaper and got a free gift. Have used them a bunch in the past and will continue to use them when I can. Also their social media posts are off the chart!
