It has been a pleasure doing business with The Furniture Market. Communication has been great from start to finish and everything has happened to plan. Delivery was on schedule with a phone call in advance as promised. The guys who delivered were polite, respectful and friendly. I would love to buy more furniture from this company when I need . My bookcase was exactly what I wanted with a lovely finish and the colour matching the sample I was sent. It looks perfect in my living room.

Delivery was spot on time
Delivery was spot on time. Willow & Stuart were great, friendly and eager to please.
Was a little disappointed with the unit, I was expecting the shelves to be 18-22mm MDF instead it looked like 6mm MDF framed in softwood. Not sure if the shelves will take much weight will have to wait and see. The unit was very nicely finished and the charcoal blends in well with our kitchen units.

We’d just like to reassure you that the shelves are made from 30mm manmade board, which is a furniture-grade MDF. We have never had any issues with these units supporting weight, and they are specifically designed to be sturdy and suitable for their intended use.
We work very closely with our manufacturer to ensure that the materials and construction of our products are suitable and meet the standards we expect. We’re also pleased to hear that you found the unit to be nicely finished and that the charcoal colour blends well with your kitchen units.

Quality wooden furniture
Lovely piece of furniture and reasonably priced. Communication from ordering to delivery was excellent, and the men who delivered the sideboard (Will and Marc) were punctual, friendly and very efficient.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, ordering was easy and there was plenty of delivery slots to choose from. I chose the unpacking service and found Kev and Scott professional, polite and informative, they even removed their shoes as were just had new carpets fitted!
