My visit was to the shop at Runcorn Shopping city Halton Lea, on Saturday 5th pm... The store assistant was very helpful giving me good advice for a gift for my Wife, she presented several options, I settled with the Brand New Valentino .. When the Mrs opened and smelt it.. her words " I absolutely Love it ", Happy Wife Happy Life..
The 20% discount system meant I was happy also..

Unfortunayely there was only one assistant in the shop & four customers one who left refused to wait any longer to be served the assistant also had a delivery to unpack alone aswell as serve customers he admitted he was very tired? I did ask questions reg other purchases but felt rushed as others were waiting to ask or be served therefore only purchased the one perfume the assistant tried his best but was obviously under pressure

The customer service is 2nd to none. Understood my taste of perfumes and was I spoilt for choice. Im planning on going back to get some of the new fragrances the staff beleived I would lile and I did love them.

It was a wonderful shopping experience at the Fragrance Shop in London. The place offers a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Tommy Hilfiger Freedom is refreshing and energizing while offering intimate feeling. The prices are reasonable for that experience.
