The water station is fantastic providing fresh water continuously for your pets. Unfortunately our little Maltese Shitzu won’t have a bar of it which is very disappointing. The advertisement stated that the item would be delivered in 2- 4 days but due to demand took somewhat longer which indicates how good it is. I am crossing my fingers (and everything else possible) that our furry friend changes his mind.

Great service on ordering the product, the product is as good as the reviews say, my puppy took a few days to get used to it, now she's drinking more water, loves it.

Our family loves our Flowzy - we have three! The cats and dogs both enjoy the switch - their water is always clean and cool and the battery lasts ages. Love that we can set it to motion sense. 11/10 recommend

An amazing product that’s 1 less thing for me to remember to do while my little bestie reaps the benefits! Fresh, cool, clean water that encourages him to hydrate without the mess! A set and forget alternative to good living!

Firstly, this is not an Australian company. It is drop shipping from China. Second, do not expect to be able to return this product. Customer service will ignore or stone wall you. I sent over 15 emails asking for the return address. When they finally gave it to me I posted the product back and now my emails are suddenly bouncing! My comments on socials are being deleted and they have blocked me as well. I imagine there are countless people experiencing this. 90 day money back guarantee is an LIE! Avoid like the plague!

Zero stars. Never received my order. At first Flowzy responded, but it was empty words with no actions to resolve the matter. They said the courier flagged my address as incorrect (it wasn't). After a handful of back-and-forth emails with their support team that went nowhere, I started getting undeliverable email notices. Fortunately, PayPal reimbursed my $185, but I can't get my wasted time and energy back.

Couldn't have been easier. An easy online shopping experience, delivered promptly in good condition and clear instructions for simple set up. The dogs are drinking from it quite happily.

I don’t know for sure if the company is Australian owned or not, but I do know the item was shipped from China.
The item did arrive, and now that I have it, it’s fine and works well, animals drink from it, I’ve just accepted that I should have followed my gut and brought the $60 one of Temu instead of this one and it would do the same

I have 3 dogs. Small ,medium,large. The first day they watched it . Once they saw one drink,it was game on. I have one Flowzy inside and a bowl of water outside.I am seriously considering another flowzy for outside.

Their products are manufactured in china and dispatched from china. When I found this information out I canceled my order and they agreed to cancel only to have them dispatched it from china 2 days later

The water fountain has been great for my large Groodle who puts his entire filthy face into the water dish, as the bits of grass and dirt float away. The cat is also happy to drink from it after him and enjoys playing with the sensor.

Excellent customer service and follow up. Delivery error to wrong house, but Flowzy responded quickly and we were able to find the package at a neighbouring property.

My elderly golden retriever loves his new water bowl. The larger capacity means it never runs out on him, i am not cleaning gross water bowl 2 times a day...recharge battery lasts well and my dog is drinking more regularly. At first I thought this was an extravagance and was a bit reluctant with price point for a dog bowl -- but the Flowzy is a game changer for my dog, solid built, easy to clean and run. Well worth it and wish I had found this earlier.

My puppies love the Flowzy, the water is constantly flowing looks crystal clear. It's very easy to use and maintain.

Would not recharge, Customer service was a constant loop of asking for more information and replying "referred to some dept". Nothing happens. Repeat. Edit to add, after the review I was contacted by customer service who were very keen to resolve this and have done so. Perhaps a mis communication

This is a brilliant product. I have tried so many and they have been subpar but this is great. Easy to setup and use and my dogs love drinking out of it.

Our beautiful girl is now drinking so much more water. We always had a big bowl of water for her, but now we are using flowzy which has running water, she is drinking so much more. She was a little cautious at first, but now runs straight to her water bowl without hesitation .

So far, so good! The pup loves it, and I have had it for the last week with no issues at all. One thing I have noticed is that if the water runs low, it still tries to pump. It would be great if the next version included a cutoff switch for no water or low water levels, and also fill lines for optimal use. This would make it easier to know when it's low and how much to fill for perfect operation. Overall, an awesome product with some simple improvements that could make it even better.

Absolutely love this water bowl. My Rottweiler had no issues with drinking from it, he ignored the induction mode since he realised it was his new water bowl. However.
- The sensor is a little too sensitive, just wind will activate the sensor.
- The holder for the filter needs more than "just a little bit of effort" to install. I actually managed to cut myself while trying to install it. The edges of the lid is actually very sharp; luckily it's only the edges where the pump and filter holder sits that are sharp. I would say that the pins for the holder needs to be remeasured, they're a little too thick to nudge into place

Otherwise it's a great water bowl. Just two flaws for me. Definitely worth getting as an outdoor water bowl. Customer service is also top notch, they'll email you as soon as the bowl is delivered and they have links on their website for visual guides for maintenance and installation

Water fountain is amazing my cats drank from it straight away and the movement sensor is good to have so the pump isn’t running all the time. The correspondence was excellent I am one very happy customer

Great company to deal with. Love that there is an option to purchase an extended warranty, which we did. Although we bought the water fountain for our dog, the cats refuse to drink out of their water bowls now and use the water fountain as well.
