Terrible experience.

I am a professional musician and I needed the case for a gig. They told me stimated time was 10-15 days and I order it one month and a half before.

I told them my flight date and the told me it would be in time.

I keep texting them during this time to know how was my order and they told me it was on time. I asked to keep in touch.

Few days before my flight the told me (because I email them again) that there was a problem and they cannot deliver my order.

This is a joke. So unprofessional. Not recomendable at all

Got a pedal-board flightcase from these guys - really good quality product, and a great price. I guess the latter is because they actually make this stuff themselves, so no middle-man to take a cut ...
Anyway, highly recommended!

Failed with delivery in-time. Don't pay until you get it

This was my first experience with this company and I was pleasantly surprised by the good advices they offered me, how immediate the answers to my queries were and the fast shipping time; ordered and shipped the same day.

Updated review: New case arrived perfect and is very good for purpose.

Initial Review:Awful service so far!! Sent the completely wrong case and had to chase three times to get an answer. Replacement put in place on 'urgent rebuild' and was told it would be sent this week. So far NOTHING! Terrible service so far from a company with usually great reviews!

Cancelled on the day, due to delaying other orders due to our location! Disgusting!!!

Jacob was brilliant, kind hearted, very helpful amazing service, very good follow up person. he has done timely help to my daughter to travel from India to UK with this pandemic time. I strongly recommend to travel with the flight guru. 🌟 ☀️☀️☀️☀️

Excellent service. I order a case for a Yamaha P125 digital piano and NSP delivered a perfect fit. Very happy with the service. The advisor I spoke to was very helpful.

Great service and superb product. These guys have been my "go-to" for cases for around 8 years and even those I ordered back then are still going strong. Not always the cheapest but in comparison to some of the other brands out there, the build quality is far superior and worth the extra few quid!!

Just taken delivery of another batch of custom boxes and another order will be placed in the new year!!

Excellent product and service.
I ordered a case for my iMac at 2:30pm, arrived next day at 10:15am with DPD. Very good quality and had delivery updates from the moment I ordered.

Live chat customer service is very friendly and takes its time IF you reach them.

However, the service most of the time is not that good:
E-Mails sometimes don't get any answer, the Live Chat forwards you to mailing them most of the times and I still haven't received my order despite having ordered 3 months ago.
When I receive now an answer, it's usually very vague. I didn't receive a tracking number and I don't even know if my order was shipped by now or not. The only status update I've ever got was that my order has been approved.

If you don't need to contact them, they might be a good choice, since I've heard that their cases are great. However, if something happens you will need a lot patience, I guess.

I might change this review to two stars if at least the bag will be good, since I had a very nice customer experience at the beginning.

I phoned up to order a case that I needed from the next evening onward. I placed my order and paid over the phone included £7 for delivery before 5pm the next day, Friday. By mid afternoon the next day I decided to trace the package. The website told me that it had been delivered to another address and signed for. On closer inspection I could see that it had been delivered to a house on a street next to mine and signed by someone named Paul. No other details were given.

I phoned Flightcase Warehouse. They then chased the courier . I was phoned back by FCW to be told that the courier would have to complete all his deliveries for the day, return to the house where the mistake delivery had been made and then get it to me. This didn't happen.

Nothing happened Saturday, nothing happened Sunday, nothing happened Monday. I had to call in on Monday to chase this. I was told again that the delivery driver still had to collect the case from the wrong address. I was playing a complete waiting game and I was the one that had to chase FCW.

So far I've had 6 phone calls with them.

I should have been sent a new case as soon as they knew they couldn't get my mistake delivery back to me on the Friday. I had to suggest this to them when I phoned them on Monday. It was ridiculous that I was waiting around for some delivery man to correct his mistake.

It's also ridiculous that I paid £7 for delivery, I still advent received a refund for this and that I wasn't offered any apology for the incident.

We bought an iMac case specifically for travelling so it was very important that it arrived on time. We got an email saying that the case we ordered was out of stock, so they offered a different, more expensive one for no extra cost and made sure that it arrived before my flight. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of your customers, specifically thanks to Andy and a guy who I talked to on the phone, but completely forgot to ask the name of! Thanks again! Oh, and the case we received is amazing!

I must say i wanted to give 5 stars for the Flight cases alone but i did have a little hickup with ordering and getting in touch with someone. If your going to order a stock item i would ring them first to see if they have it in stock. The reason i say this is because i ordered 2 stock flight cases from the website but they were not in stock. This caused a little confusion but in the end it was sorted out and im am very happy with what i received. Great quality build and they look great. And im already thinking about getting some custom made cases from them too.

I received the flight cases this week and everything fits perfectly! The equipment trunk is exactly what I had in my mind and even exceeds expectations! Some very nice touches and a great realization of my very rough sketches and photos! Couldn't be happier with this purchase and will be buying more cases from them in the future.

Absolute amazing customer service to start. The case was fantastically put together feels really solid and protects my computer perfectly getting to and from my house with this case will be easier than ever highly recommend these guys!

Just received a few custom cases, the quality is superb. I needed a solution to transport multiple screens within a single flight case, both Chris and Andy were very helpful on the phone.
We ended up with custom built screen cases that internally adjust to any size, the design and manufacture quality is some of the best I've ever seen.
Turned around in an impressive time also!
I have no need to go anywhere else for flight cases now...

Just received a flight case for my Qu-16 mixer. It is a very good quality case, and I was very surprised as to how quickly it was shipped to the USA. Very good price, and fantastic assistance placing my order! Highly recommended!!
