Terrible service, When I placed the order they forgot to mention they didn't have it stocked and just took my money. I forgot the subject and luckily I saw my PayPal statement some weeks later then contacted them to get my refund, they openly admitted they didn't have the product at all. At the end I got my money back, and I wonder, how many people have forgotten their orders?

I first heard about the Finchley clinic through my mother who was recommended them by her homeopath when she was having serious problems with her gut and had lost a great deal of weight. She is doing much better now and continues to take supplements and colon cleansers from the Finchley clinic. Mark has also recommended some supplements for my father who has arthritis and has recently started taking these. Mark's advice was extremely helpful.

Prior to purchasing any products Mark advised me on these and answered any queries I had which was extremely useful, especially as there is so much choice on the website. Mark has a wealth of knowledge on all of the products and only sells very high quality products to promote optimum health for people buying these. Mark appears to have a deep understanding about various health problems and is able to advise on which alternative natural products / supplements will best help with these. Mark is very keen to help people and their health is his priority.

I think The Finchley clinic is fantastic and I've been spreading the word to others!! I believe that many people could benefit from knowing about this company as it could make all the difference to their health and well-being!

I have been dealing with The Finchley Clinic for the past few years and I love the quality of their products, the ease of use if the website and most importantly, their customer service.

As an alternative health researcher I have used many of their product to supplement treatment for some of the worst conditions with amazing results which I can only put down to the quality and purity of their products.

I have often email questions about some products and was astonished to receive an answer within a couple of hours including on weekends.

The Finchley Clinic advised me to receive a product that was not suitable, when I returned it within 7 days, sealed and paid returned postage they had the audacity to deduct £4.99 'admin charge' to restock a sealed bottle the size of a small medicine dropper - how do they justify that? When I called and raised this issue with them they were agressive and said they were well within their rights - false economy I will not be orderng from them again - I buy all my supplements by mail order and have never been charged £4.99 to put a sealed postage paid tiny bottle back on a shelf especially as it was not right for me - I hope they feel that keeping my £4.99 is worth having such a dissatisfied customer!!

I have been dealing with the Finchley Clinic for many years and would highly recommend them. I am a retired therapist and have always had excellent advice on products for myself, family and patients and the products are also excellent. My experience is I trust Mark Lester and his team and if they stock a product then it will be a good one!

While it would have been simple to order online, I had questions. How refreshing to be helped over the phone

Mark at the Finchley clinic is very knowledgeable and he has tremendously helped me and my daughter by recommending us with some natural remedies and we have seen some amazing results. I ordered from them once but was unhappy with the product. When complained about it - I received a very offensive and disrespectful answer saying that I have a "small amount of knowledge that leads to lack of understanding certain things...." and that my judgement regarding the product is erroneous.
Stay away if you want good quality products and a proper customer service.
