Do Not Use - Failed Refund, Unauthorized Use of Credit Card, and Zero Professionalism
I enrolled in Johnny Walker's 'The Executive Edge' program with the promise of a 100% money-back guarantee if I was not satisfied. Finding the content similar to my existing program, I requested cancellation immediately. Johnny Walker confirmed he would instruct the refund but failed to process the original payment. Worse, an unauthorized second payment was taken from my card in September. Instead of immediately reversing the unauthorized transaction, he stated the refund could only be executed "as soon as the next sales go into the bank account", which is completely unethical. His continued failure to process the refund and complete lack of response for weeks shows he is totally unprofessional, lacking integrity. This left me no choice but to formally dispute both transactions with my credit card company as I was incurring interest charges. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
