Missing parts. No reply
Order was shipped without the controller for my 5m curtain track, and the company won't respond to my enquiries or follow ups to have this delivered.
The web page chat flips from available to "we typically reply in a few hours" whenever i attempt to speak to someone, and having submitted my enquiry, order number and details...several months later...nothing. Poor. Would not trust again.

Excellent quality and fitted perfectly. It makes the very best of our bay window. If I had one minor criticism it would be the slight lack of information included. Otherwise great, so not enough to mark it down.

Great Customer Service
An order arrived with the incorrect fixings, a shame as curtain rail was attractively priced, and very well packaged. Ruth at C.P. and Track company was excellent in resolving incorrect fixings plus I learnt she was the lady who when I originally rang to place the order advised me that the rail I had in mind was not suitable. Thanks to Ruth the correct rail was delivered.
Company and staff highly recommended.
