Awful experience turned into bad experience!
My experience working at The Contact Company as - BT Sales advisor was awful from start to finish. Not only was I constantly lied to about commission – which I never received despite hitting my targets – but they were declaring a much higher salary to HMRC than what I was actually being paid. To make matters worse, for the first four months of my employment, they put me on an emergency tax code, which meant I was overpaying taxes the entire time. The lack of transparency, dishonesty, and poor treatment made the job incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise against working for TCC- The Contact Company . They don’t care about their employees and will make false promises while taking advantage of you financially. I am so happy for leaving!
