Coach Supervision Training
I have just completed the Coach Supervision diploma, and would highly recommend it if you are looking for really good, high standard training based in ethics and good practice. Rebecca and Sarah both come from an education background and you can tell, they have a very good teaching style in the live sessions and you really feel taken care of by the team. The training was thorough and we had a lot of practice so you really leave feeling confident to do the job. The group of trainees really bonded and that created a really fun, lively, interesting and inspiring addition to the theories and practice tools we learned. Go for it!
Authenticity lived out.
In an industry growing faster than anyone expected, and sometimes losing touch with its softer edges, Sarah and Rebecca of the Coaching Catalysts have built a community where coaches can show up as themselves, connect without pretense, and rediscover the warmth and authenticity that first drew so many of us into this work. Their community is warm, welcoming, and grounded. They don’t just talk about real connection; they live it, and everyone in their network benefits from that steady, genuine presence.

Every Coach needs a space like this!
Sarah, Rebecca and Mini Catalyst made this space warm and welcoming.
A place to connect, find inspiration, be challenged and supported.
The venue is beautiful and having refreshments on hand is a very welcome addition.

Amazing experience
The whole experience was great, a lot of insights and clearer information about what is supervision in the coaching process. The fear of being alone after the certification is over, because supervision gives support & space for coaches to network and opportunity to belong to a professional community. Thanks again for this wonderful event👍🥰 Jalila

The coaches you need to support your growth
You could not find kinder and more trustworthy coaches to support you in your supervision or journey to accreditation with the ICF. I landed serendipitously in a workshop that Sarah and Rebecca hosted during ICF International Coaching Week. Lo and behold, within less than hour of being on the Zoom call, I was signing up to their supervision program.
The other mentor coaches are also wonderful, making the Coaching Catalysts an inspiring and indeed catalysing container for your growth as a coach. I am a better coach (and probably human) for the 8 months I have been in their community. I cannot say more good things about them, so I'll stop here.

Insightful, inspiring, knowledgeable and incredibly skilled
I had the absolute pleasure of being both a client and student of Sarah.
Sarah is incredibly insightful and challenging (in the best way) as a coach, and knowledgeable and engaging as a teacher. She is so inspiring and with her, you know you always know, you are in safe hands.
Sarah has a lovely ‘style’ about her, she is calm, she is engaging, she is interested (and interesting), she stretches you to enable you to grow and authentically celebrates every achievement with you.
Sarah is very skilled in her craft, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her either as a coach or as someone to help you continue to develop your skills as coach.

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah over the past three months to enhance my professional skills and growth. Sarah's approach is both insightful and supportive, making every session profoundly impactful. Her ability to listen deeply and ask thought-provoking questions consistently helped me uncover new perspectives and actionable solutions to the challenges I faced. I highly recommend her coaching services to anyone looking to elevate their professional trajectory.
A great resource to boost your skills
Their daily short seminars, during International Coaching Week 2024, offered an excellent overview of their services - very professional and educational. They seem to have a great team and the value of coaching supervision was clearly described. I am not a professional coach but my work does involve a certain amount of coaching so I know I will benefit from their guidance.
Brilliant experience week
What The Coaching Catalysts (Sarah and Rebecca) offer is unique and in an unregulated industry like coaching is something that is very much needed. They strike the balance right by offering free tasters of their learning and supervision with the option to upgrade to one of their other services or pay as you go. This makes their offering inclusive to those who may not be able to afford full services or are just starting out on their coaching journey.
I recently attended their free supervision experience week and it gave me the chance to learn, enhance my coaching practice and build my network further. As former teachers they are able to create a programme that is varied, interactive and enjoyable. More so, they are both down to earth and not afraid to share the realities of being a self-employed coach.
I can't wait to see what's coming next from The Coaching Catalysts!

Rebecca and Sarah are number 1
I have thoroughly enjoyed this week. Not only has it helped me as a coach but I have grown so much as a person.
I have shared, reflected, networked and most importantly, respected Rebecca and Sarah so much for allowing me to have a safe space.
I could not have thought of any other way to spend my 10am mornings. Even on a Friday I was excited and that is a testament to the amazing Rebecca and Sarah.
Please come to anything they do or offer. Nothing is too much and you will always see smiles in a supportive space :)

Two very inspirational women.
Two very inspirational women.
They welcome you from the start and make you feel totally included, their taster sessions are a fantastic way to demonstrate the benefits to you of supervision, the self care of yourself as a coach so that you can show up as the best version of yourself for your clients. I have thoroughly enjoyed this week and cannot wait to start my supervision sessions in October

I never feel alone
I joined the Coaching Catalysts, partly because they are so well connected in the coaching world, and also because I was curious about what I could learn. I'd recently finished training and wanted to support my development with ongoing supervision, just as they were promoting their supervision offering.
Rebecca was my supervisor, and I found the whole experience brilliant. Both Sarah and Rebecca have so much to offer in terms of coaching and supervision, and as ex-teachers, have a special way of helping ensure the learning sticks. They create a safe place to explore your own doubts, questions and challenges that come up when you're coaching so you never feel alone.
I've gone on to join their Coaching Catalysts Collective - they are so well connected that I've met coaching peers from around the world, with similar and entirely different experiences to learn from too. I am looking forward to the next phase!
