Been getting the same email for nearly 2 years. No further developments just the same automated email. Waste of time basically

The company have kept in informed on a regular basis. The proceess has been slow with getting any compensation. It's been a year or more now. But its no fault of the company im using.

I have given 5* because, so far, The Claims Guys have been excellent. Their diligence & regular communications with updates on my claim have been first class. It's hardly their fault that the unscrupulous lenders & cartel of government & financial institutions have drawn this out for so long, but I remain confident & positive that TCG will obtain my compensation.

Too long drawn out not received anything

Seems to be progressing

This has been going on for absolute years. Repeated requests for information already provided. To opt out now could potentially cost me money for “work” already completed on my behalf. I do not see an end to something I thought would only take a few months to get an outcome.

Excellent service would definitely recommend.

These guys have been “trying” to sort out my car claim for years and they have literally got no where. All i keep getting is the same emails requesting confirmation for the same thing time and time again, I wouldn’t mind if they actually done something of note.

I personally wouldn’t use them.

The process is very long. I appreciate that this is out of the company's control.
Initially, I found communication lacking and left wondering about the legitimacy of the initial contact and information shared.
However, this has appeared to improve with more frequent contact and updates.

Being well informed about all aspects of our claim.

U guys send mails mails but i dont see any money or any action this been since last year i dont know wat real is happening do get anything or is just scam .
