The staff at canvas factory could not have been more helpful. The photo I had taken and wanted printed out wasn't good enough for a large print so they helped me through the process and I now have a m... See more
What made my experience great. I was informed the image I sent had a couple of issues when enlarged. The image was cleaned up by CF and had power lines removed, making the image extremely acceptable.... See more
Well worth a wait and a bit of extra cash to have the photo reviewed. When it was acceptable it didn't take long to arrive. It was perfection and can't stop admiring the cushion with fabric very soft... See more

Hi Lee
I have reviewed the tracking details and it appears the item has been marked as Return to Sender by the courier. At this point we are not sure why, but we will create a ticket for this order and chase up with our Production team tomorrow.
Thanks for your patience and hopefully we will have an update for you soon
Kind Regards
Amanda

I love the concept that I can get a photo mounted onto a frame. What I received was a good but the mounting needed to be tighter. It was too loose and I wonder if I ordered something a little more expensive whether it would be better. I have a few things I would like to do. Otherwise it was exactly what I had hoped for, fast and delivered well. Any chance of have smaller sizes as well? Thanks.

Change the courier company!!
I never received my order as the courier lost it. After much toing and froing with "customer service" I got a refund. My suggestion to Canvas Factory is to not use Couriers Please. This is not the first time they have lost an order of mine.

Good Product - recommend
Process was a little slow on the checking and I didn't like the use of AI it was too obvious and actually changed the branding on a guitar! The quality of the products was good and the packaging excellent and the speed of delivery very good, just made it in time!!

I was looked after really well when I had an issue with my canvas .the canvas was redone and sent out again. However the issue wasn't completely fixed with 2nd canvas print. Canvas wasn't stretched tight enough over the frame. I think the problem is caused because the length of frame is 1 2 metres abd there is no cross bar on frame to add strength.
