Easy ordering process. I got my canvas prints on sale at a great discounted price. Even though I didn't pay for the editing the company checked my photos and found one blurry. They made edits which made the print clearer but (likely) AI added in the Himalayas into my shot of Canberra! I declined the edited print and went with my original. Very happy with the quality and speed of delivery.

The staff I received emails from were fantastic. I sent in a photo taken from my phone of my Great Dane Maggie.
What they did to the picture was Amazing! Maggie is black with white around her muzzle. The team brought out sharpness and contrast of her features on the canvas.

As a creative person, I found the experience very enjoyable as it still allowed for my input in certain aspects of the design, whether it be editing the photo uploaded or trying the various styles and how to best present the canvas.

Great quality. I am really impressed. I bought in a sale and the price was fantastic. Great service too. I highly recommend the Canvas Factory particularly when they have deep discount sales. Even if there is no sale I expect people will be very happy with the quality.

Pictures were amazing bright and clear would have given a 5 star but the canvas had not been stretched tight enough and sags a little other wise happy with the product

Ordered over a month ago end of August)and still no product. Asked for a refund as it was a birthday gift - was told no refunds for late delivery- its no longer late but missing! Customer service zero product zero - it never showed up.

I purchased 4 canvas and they are of good quality, they were delivered safely and quickly.
The detail on each canvas was exactly how the photo looked and they are a good size.
I will definitely buy from them again.

The photo reproduction was good. I was very disappointed with one photo. To be fare it was a result of my cropping. But it was obviously wrong. I think the technical team, reviewing this photo should have been in touch with me, before printing !! I would have re-cropped and sent photo again. My other criticism is the cut edge is quiet rough, seems unfinished. Delivery service was as stated.

Very simple servic to navigate. Great having option for a designer to check over design. Looked beautiful, high quality well packaged & quick turnaround.

A good quality product and fast turn around.

The creating process was simple to navigate. I have no issues with that and will be ordering a 2nd canvas soon. The only issue I had, and it had nothing to do with The Canvas Factory, it was the shipping and auspost. It was on track to being on time, then it was delayed and sat for 3 days, then it spent 2 weeks travelling up to Queensland from Melbourne and back. Sat in Brisbane for a couple of days during that time also.
So something that should have arrived a week after it was dispatched, took 3 weeks. But thats got nothing to do with The Canvas Factory.
Great quality, vibrant colours, beautiful frame. Very happy with my purchase.
