Visited with my brother today for my first climbing experience ever and despite being a bit anxious and nervous at the beginning, the staff there were so lovely, welcoming and supportive. Awful. i used to work for this disgusting fire hazard of a place, until my mental health deteriorated.
The proprietors Matt Glover and Polly Coker then discriminated against my mental health.
In addition, they made a number of false and defamatory claims ie performance issues and attitude, however I have evidence that proves these claims to be false. They also made a false claim of giving me an operations manual. No such thing exists and they are trying to claim that this is a contract of employment. It is not.
These are vile, putrid people and I am currently pursuing a case against them and preparing a video to expose these people for discrimination, abuse, defamation, etc.
In addition, their "manager" Jeremiah, also made a number of false claims about me.
