Everything great, there were some inconveniences that were not resolved quickly enough. The building changed access code and it took days for the agency to recover it.

Excellent location. Clean, nice apartment. Everything well prepared with lots of extras for move-in. Great customer service when I needed a bit of assistance to add temp parking. Great experience so far!

They literally forgot to pay the electric bill in my apartment. So I came home from a week away to a dark apartment and a fridge/freezer full of rotten food. And a smell I could not get rid of.
Support was very difficult to reach. Fortunately my building staff was amazing. And report this was not the first time it had happened.
Was told I would be refunded the enormous garbage bag of food I had to throw out and the cleaning. But 2 months later still waiting.
Sketchy operation.
2 stars not 1 because the building staff was so fantastic (not BlueGround employees) and when I said I needed more towels BlueGround was actually fast to act.

Everything with the process, the booking, the quality of the apartment and the minimal maintenance services we have needed have been handled with care, communication and excellence.

I am sharing my experience with Blueground regarding a medium-term furnished rental.
I paid Blueground for my entire rental term completely in full and in advance. However, I recently received a formal "30-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate the Premises" from the building management. According to the notice, Blueground has failed to pay the rent for this unit for the past three months. The vacate date on the notice is June 11th, which is prior to the June 30th end date specified in my contract with Blueground.
When contacted about the notice, Blueground support stated they are currently negotiating the contract with the property and there is nothing to worry about, but I haven't got the building's confirmation that the debt is settled.
Additionally, I have been on a waiting list for an building parking spot for three months without being assigned one. Because I lacked access to the building's parking, I had to park on public parkings, where my vehicle was vandalized. This resulted in a police report and approximately $1,500 in out-of-pocket repair costs. Given the ongoing three-month rent delinquency, it appears highly probable that the building withheld the parking assignment due to Blueground’s outstanding debt.
Prospective renters should be aware that paying Blueground in advance does not guarantee that the underlying property management is being paid or that your lease term will be secure.

I had to leave one star to review.
A group of us rented a place in Saugatuck- this was by far the worst place we ever stayed in. It was filthy - the toilets barely flushed, there was a rodent in the patio - we called for support and got none.Stay clear of any of their places - they are terrible.

I have been collaborating for years with The Blueground regarding my property in Istanbul, registered in the company records under code ID 117. In January 2026, at their own request, we extended the lease and service agreement for another year. However, only approximately two months after this extension, I was informed that the company would be withdrawing from the Turkish market and that they would cease managing the apartment following the tenant’s lease expiration at the end of April. This situation was first learned during the delayed February rent payment through “insider information” from company employees, while the official notification was only circulated in April.
Despite the payment terms being clearly stipulated in our agreement, The Blueground has failed to make the April and May rent payments and has also failed to pay the apartment maintenance fees. In the official circular sent by the company, it was unilaterally and imperatively stated that the April rent would be paid in May and the May rent in June; however, as this arrangement is clearly contrary to both our signed agreement and applicable law, it was not accepted by me. Nevertheless, despite the May payment date also having passed, the company has still failed to pay either the April or May rent, as well as the related two months of maintenance fees.
Although the tenant vacated the apartment at the end of April, The Blueground has still not completed the key handover, and the property has not been physically returned to me. As a result, I am prevented from showing the property to prospective tenants and re-renting it, causing me direct rental income loss. The company’s conduct is therefore not limited merely to non-payment of rent and maintenance fees, but has also taken on the nature of effectively sabotaging my ability to re-rent the property.
Despite my repeated attempts to contact The Blueground via telephone, messages, and email, I have been unable to reach any authorized representative from the Turkey operation. Other than brief and dismissive emails from global customer service, received only after days, stating merely that “the Istanbul office will contact you,” I have received no serious response containing any concrete solution or commitment. This situation constitutes a grave example of irresponsibility inconsistent with the minimum level of care and accountability expected from a corporate company and raises suspicions of bad faith.
I hereby demand that The Blueground comply with the lease and service agreement it has signed, as well as with the applicable legislation, by immediately and fully paying the accumulated April and May rent amounts totaling TRY 189,000 (USD 4.200) and the accumulated apartment maintenance fees totaling TRY 10,676 (USD 240). Furthermore, I demand the immediate delivery of the property keys and the physical return of the property to my full use and possession. Due to the damages and hardship caused, I expressly reserve all rights to seek compensation for all incurred and future rental income losses and any other damages, and I clearly and unequivocally notify them that this matter will be pursued by me through all available legal means, including legal proceedings.
Excellent service, super clean apartment, responsive staff. A delightful stay. We can’t recommend them enough😇

We're a few days into our stay, and we're very happy with the apartment. It was spotless when we arrived, has everything we need, and is in a super convenient location.
