Not happy with fact they don't close properly,tried getting them to come back,don't seem interested,don't respond to phone calls keep being fobbed off,don't pay any money upfront or only pay a percentage and pay the rest when your satisfied

Avoid at all cost.customer service non existent,rude.Do not pay a deposit, company moved from bury to Ashton probably because they ruined there reputation here

The blindz app was everything they said they were. Customer service is great. The app is very easy to use. Products received in timely manner and are durable. Would recommend TOS app to everyone who will listen.

Love the new blinds they came quick and was put up quicker ( it was at my mums who has Alzheimer’s and dementia but she didn’t forget she was having new ones all she went on about ) she’s had her full house done by you .. soon be ringing to have the summer house fitted with them

It was a two part experience. Firstly, they came to measure my windows, the person arrived on time (I received a phone call 10 min before he arrived). The measurements were taken quickly and precisely, with the blinds being made and fitted quicker than I was expecting. Secondary, the man who installed the blinds was very professional and quick to do his job, I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I wish every service is like this one.

Great customer service from start to finish. The blinds are excellent quality and look lovely in my rooms.

Rami so helpful answered all our questions and quickly booked us a home visit to measure for blinds and quote us a price. Visit completed in 2 days and although fitting usually 7 to 10 days all ready for fitting within the week expertly fitted without any hassle really pleased with the all round service.

Had a full house fitted with faux wooden horizontal blinds, firstly they took longer than quoted to be fitted, customer service not helpful at all, Lewis measured our front room blind wrong so had to go back to the factory, fitter had to use our own ladders which I'm sure would be a breach of health and safety and also the fitter left all boxes and extra fittings on the floor for me to remove and when the next fitter came to fit the remeasured blind that was bespoke made told us that we couldn't use the brake when we lifted the blinds as it was to near the recess and when I insisted that he took the empty boxes ect with him ended up in a showdown as he refused so I wouldn't hand him the signed off work sheet till he agreed to after saying I was being childish (only after 2 phone calls to the office) left me to dust down and hoover away all the dust from the drilling. Avoid!

Arrived on time, fitted blinds in no time look amazing I'm really happy with them.
