Thanks to the big orchard for running such a great service. I ordered an A1 size beam box and it came in good time and one piece. It is very easy to use and gives fantastic light. I love that you can dim it to suit the strength of light you need. The box is well built and sturdy. I can fully recommend it to anyone who is considering it. It felt like a lot of money for me to get it but I don’t regret it at all and feel it will last me very well for a long time! I also feel confident that if I have any problems they will be a reliable company and help me!

Excellent company. Required replacement wheel for my drawing board, Steve could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure that I received a replacement part. Purchased a six drawer plan chest from them. Great firm. They kept us informed prior to delivery and when it arrived the delivery man was very helpful getting it set up in a tight corner. The plan chest is beautifully made and drawers take plenty of weight of paper and glide smoothly. Good handles that are easy to grab but rounded so they don't catch as you walk past.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - excellent product and good value for money.

Very disappointed with this company delivered me a secondhand product damaged all over it I tried to contact them four times A week later they contacted me and said someone will be with you the next day four days later had to email again . Very disappointed and I would not recommend this company thebigorchard
I love the way you say you try to contact me numerous times go back and check my emails I sent 11 emails. I also tried to contact you through Instagram with no response. Then you want me to contact your boss. All is your boss had to do was contact me through email. I can’t answer phone calls during the day I’m in work sorry about that. I held off on the review until I got a smart email.

This company are excellent. The product is great. Unfortunately we found out on December 23rd our delivery was damaged - and they pulled all the stops put to get a replacement to ya in Christmas Eve. Can’t fault them.

Finally, technical service providers who listen, and provide clear, concise and sound technical advice. Since I arrived in the UK over 5 years ago, I’ve never experienced such typically “Kiwi style” personal service from any other commercial technical outlet. I must give you blokes top marks for the way you do business. It’s been a real pleasure, and a credit to you all. Thank you.

I had an issue with an art folder. To be fair the problem was with the supplier, and not The Big Orchard. They refunded me without question. Highly recommended.

Really great service from the folk at Big Orchard - I experienced some trouble ordering online (my bank’s fault, not Big Orchard’s) and they couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting it out. The drawing table is wonderful too. 5 stars!
