Had to get the ring resized as I ordered it slightly too large. Sent it back and they did this quickly too!

I'm very pleased with my purchase. I bought white gold wedding rings for me and my husband last year.
We were sent a ring sizer which was great. The rings themselves are nice. Obviously for only a couple of hundred quid each they are not going to be amazing. But they fit well and look nice.
My only quibble was that the VAT isn't added on till the end so it ends up more expensive than planned.

I ordered a 3mm Heavy weight Platinum Plain Court shaped wedding ring from this firm. Customer service at this firm is second to none. Mary is helpful, polite and very quick to respond, nothing was ever too much for her. I was sent out sample ring shapes and placed my order, but a couple of days later I changed my mind about ring shapes. Mary changed the order straight away. When I received my wedding ring, it was too big, I emailed Mary, sent it back and she had it sized and back to me in a week. The ring is of very good quality, and I would highly recommend. Will definitely be using this firm when it is time to order my eternity ring!

Great service and the ring is beautiful. I had left it late to order but I got the notification the day before the wedding to say the ring was being dispatched. I emailed back to say I was getting married the next day and the team offered to have the ring delivered by 9am. The ring arrived in time for my big day. Many Thanks to the team for this
