Called Bagster for pickup. Date confirmed in order. At 1pm of the scheduled pick up day received email indicating pickup was cancelled. No new date given. Called next day. Agent indicated would be picked up that day. Not picked up. Called again next day. Same thing. No date given and agent has no idea when will be picked up. Received yet another confirmation email for pick up next day. On the same day again another email indicating. Pickup had been cancelled again. No new date provided. Had to rearrange scheduling of other contractors as a result. Poor service. Total time without pickup 7 days.
