The Amazon Appeal Reviews 

We used The Amazon Appeal to get our account reinstated in 2017. It took awhile because depending on the reason for the suspension, the account needs to get 'fixed' in stages. We received 5-star service throughout and great communication. I recommend them all the time with similar results, so I was surprised to see the recent reviews. It turns out that one of the employees had hijacked their customers and stole their money. They are working overtime to make things right, so spread the word... Ethan is back! You won't be disappointed!

Ok, So whats the $499 for???
As far as I can tell it is to get an email from them tell you to write an appeal letter to "Jeff at Amazon.com" what does this do???
Well, it bypasses seller central and you get to speak to someone in the executive team, where you can plead your case with them...
Do they do anything else, not as far as I can tell...
Except to take an inordinate amount of time to respond to emails, I think if you are seriously thinking of giving this firm cold hard cash, think again.
If you do not know how to write an appeal letter go on Fiverr and get one from there, once the executive team has contacted you, just plead your case as openly and honestly as you can.
They do squat for their $499 other than that, and remember if it all goes pear-shaped there is no way of getting hold of them or getting your money back, also who the hell are they???

Very useless service. They did not help at all and were extremely untimely with the responses. Time is money, I don't have months to wait around for a response that never comes through. The appeal they sent me had tons of grammatical issues, Did not even relate to the suspension, and was not efficiant in helping the matter in any way!The person helping me on this case, well, I never heard back from him again after a few weeks of trying to fix this issue. Between amazon and this "company" I am extremely frustrated ( 3 months after my amazon suspension).

Worked with Ethan through the process. I tried another company called Amazon appeal they were absolutely worthless. Contacted Ethan with THE AMAZON APPEAL. He wrote multiple letters for the appeal. It was a long process. Had some trouble with the appeal. However, they did not give up. They always got back with me and finally got me re-instated. Thanks again. I'm very happy with the service.

Very disappointed will not recommend. poor communications never available to talk . Gave appeal after taking $832 which was not effective at all and wanted me to resend it again and again saying its amazon robots rejecting it until i received final notice from amazon. I had to dispute with credit card company. they sure don't know that they are doing . Beware don't give your hard earned money away. Stay away

After 2 appeal letters, one with an entire procedure manual attached that our company team worked to create for over a week, we were told Amazon had decided that we could no longer sell on Amazon and to not contact them with further inquires - a most frustrating decision based on all we had done to prove our company. In a last ditch effort, I hired The Amazon Appeal. They worked with me, looked through our performance metrics, created a letter of appeal, and walked me through sending it. And we waited. 2 weeks - no reply. This is typical for Amazon. I reached out to The Amazon Appeal again - they walked me through sending the appeal again, through a different method. Within 30 minutes Amazon replied - we were reinstated! Great Company - trust these guys - they know what they're doing!

I placed my order and The Amazon Appeal was reviewing my account within the hour, my plan of action was ready and submitted to Amazon a few hours later and Amazon had reinstated my account before I arrived at work the next morning.
