⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing: Claims about EU-certified products are misleading
I’m really disappointed. Their website clearly states that all products are EU-certified and comply with strict European cosmetic regulations. However, that promise doesn’t hold up when you look at their actual product range.
For example: several Forte Series products are listed and sold on the site – even though Forte themselves have publicly confirmed that these products are not approved for sale in the EU. This directly contradicts their claim that they only offer EU-certified items.
When it comes to cosmetics and personal care, transparency and safety are essential. Their misleading marketing seriously undermines customer trust. I won’t be ordering here again. If you truly care about EU-compliant products, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.
I will inform the relevant authorities accordingly.
Edit:
Please look into the CPNP portal for these products. You will not find any registration for these. Very sad that you don't know how to use the CPNP portal the right way (as a cosmetics dealer).

First of all, we work with well-established brands that are themselves responsible for product formulation and compliance. All cosmetic products sold within the EU must undergo strict safety assessments and use only approved ingredients, which applies to the products we carry.
Regarding Forte Series: these products are represented by an official distributor within the EU. We are in close contact with this brand and have no reason to believe that their products are non-compliant with EU regulations. The statements you’ve made about this brand do not align with the information we have.
Finally, we would like to clarify that we do not make any misleading marketing claims. As an EU-based company, we sell products that are legally allowed on the EU market. Referring to EU compliance is not a marketing gimmick but a reflection of our legal obligations and standards.

Looong delivery times
The delivery times on their website are simply put not correct. Ordered some hair pomade nearly a week ago now, the parcel was supposed to arrive within 3 days. It's been nearly a week now, and the parcel has been stuck in sweden for two days now.
The first and last time i'm ever purchasing anything from this company. Ridiculous!

Good products and price, shipping is often much slower than the listed times.
Good products and the price isn't to hard for the wallet. The only complaint I can think of is that 3 day shipping usually translated to arrives in about a week. (not quite Bol speeds yet) One should order a little early and everything is all good. I have ordered many times from this company and will continue to do so.

I didn't receive my package, support doesn't respond, I just lost money. I ordered sea salt and claymation on Friday, today is Tuesday, status showing “delivered” on Saturday. But unfortunately nothing delivered, yesterday I tried to reach customer service, but they doesn't respond
