I ordered my items on bank holiday so there was a delay getting them. I emailed the company for an update at about 1pm on Friday and Brad replied saying they were a little delayed but my items were going to be dispatched that day. Fast forward to the next day at 1pm, the items arrived!! Really great customer service, really great postage and the items I purchased seem really good quality! We don’t get our puppy until the beginning of October so can’t comment on the use of them yet, but they look really great and we can’t wait to use them! The harness, collar and bow tie are all great quality. Thank you so much, will definitely purchase again and have now followed your account on Instagram for any further product releases!

A great company with lovely designs
I love the collars, harnesses and leads from here. They are flexible and comfortable for my dog and I really like the different colours and designs on offer. I've had quite a few different designs and always go back to this company when I fancy a change. Delivery has always been fast, the packaging is good and when I ordered the wrong size, the returns process was great.
A good company to deal with.

Great Products…
Our collar and lead arrived promptly and is sturdy and the colours are beautiful. (Cornflower)
This is our second set from this company - the last ones lasted 3 years and only needed to replace lead. We use them several times a day, every day! Oh and the prices are brilliant!
