An appalling company who have taken…
An appalling company who have taken incompetence to stratospheric levels. They have managed to secure contracts with social housing providers by undercutting competitors. The service they provide is absolutely Sub standard - they painted internal areas of my block but didn't bother to use dust sheets, so there is now white paint stains on the carpet. They failed to paint residents front doors despite sending out a letter stating that they would. They have left a portoloo in the carpark despite completing the so called cyclical decorations/upgrades weeks ago. They are awful.

Contracted to carry out an external building clean (roof & guttering, walls & cladding) & complete repaint of all communal areas (still in progress) for Southern Housing- Swinburne Court.
So far has been shambolic (several weeks now).
Cleaning staff rude to residents & substandard result - looks worse than before. No due care or attention to property/ cars or persons paid whilst here.
Decorators are now in but clearly only doing half days (if that) so progress is woefully slow. Not impressed with what they have done so far, and if the end result is anything like the cleaning works - this whole 'refurb' will have been a complete waste of money.
Reading past reviews, how they were ever awarded the contract is beyond me.......
Crystal Court Renovations
Informed in advance about work to be carried out.
Not willing to work with residents
I am a member of the residents association and produced a news letter updating residents of news within the building, despite informing them we would be including an update of their works I was told I would not be allowed to include the update or the residents liaison officers contact number despite us including the monthly news letter from them in our board and also the name and number being included on this news letter, very backward thinking not working with the residents association who had helped them before by posting updates on our WhatsApp group chat! Such a shame as they had been perfect before
Many thanks to AD Construction Group
Many thanks to AD Construction Group, for doing a wonderful job on our flats, they look so much nicer now. They did an amazing job and the employees were very friendly :)
avoid at all costs
short summary: lived in property for 7 years, no issues with the roof. AD Construction came and "renewed" the roof - flat has been flooded twice this year already.
They keep denying that there is any issue with the roof

AD work for the public sector and did a wonderful job decorating my L and Q property. Nice staff and they tidied up at the end. Pleasant and helpful resident liaison officer who answered any queries I had and organised all the appointments.

Lets their contractors park in residential only parking spots and block peoples back gates for 10+ days !! Cannot get our wheelie bin or pram out !! Blocking my elderly neighbours back gate too !! Contacted the company twice with no response !! Absolutely shocking professionalism !!
Terrible decorating company
Terrible decorating company!
Painted our 12 flat block in Brighton after instruction from Southern Housing Group and charged us £9k for some magnolia paint, covered everything but the walls.
They came out for a follow up visit to the premises and lied repeatedly about what work had and had not been done, even the manager stating we wouldn’t know if they had done it or not ! I would suggest to anyone, please avoid!
