The bubble tea from here is delicious and so cheap compared to buying from a café. The delivery was really quick and the packaging is super cute.

I purchased several bubble tea kits for my daughters birthday. The customer service team helped me to choose everything I needed for the event and everyone loved it. Would recommend

The gift set arrived quickly but had been damaged in the post. I contacted the customer service who sent out a replacement immediately. The bubble tea is lovely too.

Awful company. Awful tea. Abusive and nasty staff that have sent messages for 2 days, not to achieve anything but criticise my personality.

These really are quite a terrible company.

I ordered Monday and received today ( Wednesday ) and I ordered the vegan honeydew powder and the vegan strawberry powder, ive only tried the honeydew so far and it’s honestly delicious and such a cheap alternative to buying bubble tea from bubble tea stores which can be expensive as hell, highly recommend !

i was gifted a kit for christmas and it’s so easy to make and the well written instructions really helped, i then enjoyed it so much i went to buy more, when you look at the prices you may think it’s expensive but it is worth every penny, they even gave me free straws when i ordered which was lucky because i forgot to buy them so bought some off amazon that were too small so they saved me 👍 they also reply quickly to emails with any questions, will definitely be buying again

I got the mango and strawberry boba kit for my birthday and when I finally made it and when I tasted it, it didn't taste like the boba tea that I have had in the past the ones I have had that are hand made by people that you can even see them making it whilst you wait for it. So overall I have had better boba than know

Nice products, especially the boba which my granddaughter loved...only complaint is the rubbish plastic cup to make drinks in. It was cracked on arrival so couldn't use. Spoilt the gift really.. Very cheap and flimsy. Everything else is good.

Purchased the 8 drink gift set as a birthday gift. Amazing customer service, great product. Would recommend and buy from again.

I recently ordered for the first time and I'm really happy with it.
I knew the packages would be small because I always look at sizes plus each product page told us clearly the amount of servings each thing had.

Products:
The products themselves, I really like them. I got a mix of tea syrups and popping boba. All of the popping boba tastes really nice, though the strawberry one is significantly weaker and less flavourful than the rest. I was worried about how they'd taste because of the seaweed extract but they're syrupy and sweet and I like that.
I've only tried the peach syrup up to now so I can't compare them but up to now it's really good. Very sweet so I wouldn't personally make a habit of having lots just for my own sugar intake preferences.

Delivery:
This is one of the things I think could be just slightly improved and it's why it's 4 stars.
For me personally, I think every business should provide tracked delivery by default. I qualified for free 2nd class delivery because I spent over £30, however I made a choice to pay for the tracked delivery because it wasn't tracked, even though the tracked was only like 50p more than normal delivery.
With this I just would have preferred to have had the tracked delivery by default with purchases over £30, just because I personally feel the security should automatically be there. So, to make myself feel more secure about the transaction, I did make the choice to pay £3.49 for 2nd class tracked regardless of qualifying for free delivery.
I'm not saying it's a bad price and it arrived within 2 days via 48 delivery so there were no issues there, it's just a personal security of mine to have tracked delivery by default when ordering from a business.

Overall:
Great products, clear instructions, nice range. I will definitely order from here again because there were really no issues at all. It was easy to navigate the site and the whole transaction was just really simple.
Hopefully as the business grows, they will be able to provide tracked delivery when qualifying for free delivery. In my eyes it's only 50p more and should be default for security, but from a business stand point I've no idea what costs they have to face.

I have a good first experience with this business and I hope they'll be just as good every other time I order (which I think will be plenty!)

Prices were reasonable and the items arrived very quickly, would recommend!
