We have had the pleasure of having Sam Camozzi as our mortgage advisor for the past six months, and we genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
As first-time buyers, the whole mortgage and house-buying process was completely new to us, and at times it felt quite overwhelming. Sam has been there to guide and support us through every step of the journey. He has always been incredibly accommodating, patient and happy to answer our many questions, no matter how small or how often we asked them.
Sam has gone above and beyond what we expected from a mortgage advisor. He has been more than just an advisor to us — he has felt like a friend throughout the process. He has always made himself available when we needed advice, even outside of normal working hours, and has consistently reassured us and kept us on track.
He regularly updates us on the progress of our mortgage and makes sure we understand what is happening at each stage, which has made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. He has also supported us with arranging our life insurance and has made sure we have had the right guidance throughout.
Sam also has a fantastic team around him, who have been equally helpful and supportive.
We are incredibly grateful for everything Sam has done for us over the past six months. Buying our first home has been a huge milestone for us, and having someone so knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely invested in helping us has made such a difference.

I would recommend the mortgage store to anyone, we’ve had amazing service and support from both Paul and James. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing but they were super helpful and answered any questions we had, big or small. Great service and advice!
Genevieve did an amazing job securing our mortgage on our new home. She locked in a lower rate before the recent rises by making sure the application was submitted on time, even when it was late in the working day!
Charlene followed up by ensuring all of our documents where available to download and she was there to answer any question we had about any element of the mortgage.
