I placed an order on January 31 2026. I still have not received my order. I have made several attempts to contact the store both via emailing there support and via Facebook. Received responses like "we're very sorry. I am checking your order personally". Have not had a single follow up from this store after promising on multiple occasions to get back to me.

Do not trust the premium quality

Do not trust the advertised premium quality, easy returns, fast delivery or 30 day money back guarantee. That not what I received or experienced. The items they shipped to me are hallow, cheap and plainly unusable.

Awful

Awful. I have been waiting over a month tracking hasn’t updated the company refuses to help and they won’t get back to me. I tried to file a complaint on their website and it won’t work I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Better Business Bureau don’t even have them listed as a legit company so I am unbelievably frustrated and disappointed. I will never order from them again I strongly caution anybody who’s gonna order from them beware cause you might not get your order.

Trash…

Trash…. Simply put some little kid in china did their best to make this crap. I could see this being sold at a cheap market but it’s advertised as decent quality and that it is most definitely not. Nothing is welded together so you can literally see every cut that’s been pressed shut. Wouldn’t take a whole lot to pull it apart. It states that it’s waterproof yet the instructions that come with it state not to get it wet or sweaty. I wouldn’t pay for this stuff ever. Don’t waste your time or money. Postage is from china too and takes forever.

After ordering a bracelet in November 2025, it arrived the wrong size with missing stones. Several emails to the companies customer services were futile. I was advised I would receive a replacement, but it never arrived. A recent email advised me that this would be sorted as a matter of urgency. Really Not happy with the service provided.

Ordered 8/12/2025 website says dispatch is 1 -2 days, express shipping 2 - 4 days. My order had a latest arrival date of 15/12/25. After numerous emails advising them to cancel my order and refund my money as they have not met there terms advertised on their website - all I kept getting was automated emails. They then dispatched it on 24/12. No Christmas present for my son on Christmas Day. I wonder how many others have been left with no gift and no money refunded this Christmas. Truely disgusting.

For an Aussie product the shipping took just under a month. They apparently ran out of stock but do not respond or update you that items are out of stock but will continue to bombard you with offers.

Item was supposed to be dispatched within 2 days took 3 weeks, don’t respond to emails or social media for 3 weeks and then tell you the refund policy is only credits to their store which is absolutely useless since the product is absolutely rubbish.

Very disappointed in the service

Very disappointed in the service. Ordered 3 pieces on the 29/11. Received a notification saying delivery will be no later than 6/12. It is now the 10/12 no delivery. Every communication with this company is automated. With no real actual answers. I don't believe the delivery is coming from Australia, more like China.
Please be aware if you expect quick delivery.
Note, 13/12 checked transit, on international flight.
Just confirmed this is a CHINA delivery.

Update, received on the 19/12. What a disappointment, very fake looking. Nothing like the photos.
