Attending the Immersion program was great. The information given to us will definitely take the guesswork out of estimating repairs for a rehab project. You have so many tools and resources available to you that when you leave, you feel like you are prepared to make deals.

Full Immersion was the best! It really proved to give that extra boost of confidence I needed. Understanding not only how to completely a proper analysis of a property but knowing that I have the tools to ensure I’m making the best investments I can. Sayam was most amazing with the fun and energetic environment he created during this session. His knowledge and experience that he is able to share along with the documentation was by far the greatest. This also gave me inspiration in getting out there and being the best I can be.

Great training. I wish the breaks were more evenly distributed across the class.

It was a lot of information but we had a great teacher who shared his own struggles to let us know we can do it too. the practical tour of the home was good and doing the repair estimator wow.

We learned so much at our full immersion! I walked away ready to start making offers! Thanks Tim for so much great info and answering all our questions.

Shane did a great job explaining the program. I feel confident that I will be successful. The experience gave me the confidence to TAKE ACTION with the 4 simple steps to get started.

Shane was a wealth of knowledge. He kept the training fun and infor mative. I really enjoyed the bus trip to see the properties. I thought that was really great.

I have just started, but it seems very cool. I have made a ton of contacts and ready to hit the ground running. If you are afraid in investing in yourself, this is not for you. Lol. Great way of learning the real estate business.

I feel the overall business plan is great but it's a little challenging for some like me that can't spend more money on my business when I'm just starting out. I'm retired and on a fixed income and I'm still trying to get money to "get my business started". I would LOVE to go to every bootcamp but right now, I have to do my best to make one.

Not only was our presenter honest, down to earth, and helpful but the group of people I met were like minded and was refreshing. We were all there to learn and help each other.
