Phoned TVS to pop round to check on a washing machine fault. They were quick to answer, quick to arrange a time and easy to communicate with.
They often say its when you have a problem that you know how good the company you are dealing with is. I asked for an invoice with the words 'inherently faulty' which AO require as proof the machine was 'dead' and therefore I could get a partial refund. When the invoice came it was missing those crucial words.
When I contacted TVS not only did they re-issue the invoice with the correct wording, but phoned me after hours to ensure I had received it. Thats service.
In addition I would add that the Domestic & General experience before we engaged TVS was shocking. I know who I'm calling next time
