I'm on the board of a local goverment water and sewer system. We've been trying to get things set up with textmagic but they have denied our application dozens of times. I think their business model is to bill people for a non existent service hoping people will pay a month or two before realizing it's a scam. I've tried calling them but just got hung up on.

We have been using textmagic for about 5 years now for our research projects. It is so incredibly easy to use, and the options for creating the texts are simple and efficient. If I've ever had a question the customer service staff are quick to respond and very helpful. As a person who isn't very tech-savvy, I LOVE this program and appreciate how it's helped us collect important data!!

We have been using Textmagic to provide our customers with text support without the inconvenience of texts arriving on our phones.
Text messages arrive by email and we can reply from a proper keyboard at a desk. Having said that, they also come through to our phones, but in the Textmagic app and do not clutter our own text messages.

This is a really cost effective way to reach out to a group all at the same time. On a weekly basis I send out a link to a video message from our MD to a distribution list and, on an ad hoc basis, I can import specific contact information from an excel report to tailor the distribution to the most appropriate people.
It has also be a real help to me when making arrangements for interviews etc. If I email the arrangements and then follow it up with a text alerting candidates to a message in their inbox, it really helps to cut down on the "no shows"! And it is really easy to use. I don't know how I managed before!!

Really good service. Very easy to use and good value for money. Our customers like the fact that we send a text to alert them that we have answered their initial enquiries. We also use it if we have urgent requests for information from our members (we are are trade union) and any issues with their membership. Also great statistics that help us monitor the volume we send.

As a small repair business we find TextMagic quick and simple for sending our customers brief templated SMS messages from a PC regarding their job progress and completion. Very reliable and costs are next to nothing.

Amazing service ! I have used Text magic for my business for over 5 years now. I have also recommended it to several others who love it! The new update looks sleek BUT, it constantly logs me out, which means I have to get a security code sent to me in order to log in each time. It didn’t do this in the past and I don’t clear my cookies. Please fix this because its making my experience not so fun..

I also love the PAYG (Pay As You Go) feature, so you're not locked into a monthly subscription if you're not using it all the time, like myself. I've used TextMagic many a times for clients.

As the receptionist for a boutique law firm I find myself the hub of our communications wheel. Text-Magic changed my world. So many clients prefer text messaging over email and phone calls. I can send and receive text to/from our clients and staff. I am able to confirm appointments and send reminders and receive confirmations. Of special help is the ability to schedule these in advance. I enjoy the open chat dialogue where I am able to answer clients questions directly or email the entire chat log to another staff member for them to review and answer.
The desktop app, the browser based service and the phone app make it much easier to do my job.
Due to the ease of use I've not had to contact customer service a single time!

Textmagic has a great API for adding recipients and sending text messages. A webhook can be used for receiving messages. The STOP keyword is automatically recognized. We use Textmagic in a fully automated way, and we are very pleased with it.
I asked to cancel the service because I didn't realize when I signed up that the amount was a monthly amount. They cancelled it right away with me not having to jump through hoops. If you ever change your service where I can pay per text, that's what I want. I don't want to have to pay regardless of whether I use the service or not.
